WOO HOO !!!! Yesterday I recommended 2 golf solitaire games - Seven Seas Solitaire and Legends of Solitaire: The Curse of the Dragons - but said that BFG hadn't yet released Legends of Solitaire, although they had the first one in that series. And lo and behold, it's today's soft release!!!! So now I can definitely recommend both of them as they're now both at BFG!
As I said, both are golf solitaire games and so both have the same general card play of one up one down. However, the gameplay is totally different so you can get both and not feel like you're playing the same game twice. Two totally different stories - one dragons, one pirates - and they have totally different powerups and different ways of getting them. And they're both loooooooooooooooong. Seven Seas has just over 300 levels and The Curse of the Dragons has 400. They both also have Freeplay Mode but The Curse of the Dragons has 3 options - 2 different games or a mix of both - whereas Seven Seas just has replay of the levels.
Happy gaming anyone who loves golf solitaire!

Stuesue, I just got a special offer from GH $69.99 for a year. But with our horrid taxes it´s $87.48 so I have to think about it but am very tempted
Anki, that's the offer I took up with them. Fortunately for me, however, I use an Australian address so don't have to pay any taxes. I could give you that to use, however, you need an Aussie credit card to pay.
I'm registered at BFG with an Australian address (I was in Australia when I joined) - so no taxes - however you can pay with PayPal at BFG and that's my German PayPal so I pay in Euro and no conversion charges. But I think I used to pay with my German credit card until I had a problem with the card - long story - and so changed over to PayPal while I waited for that to be sorted out. Stupid GameHouse needing the credit card to be in the country you're registered as.
But I think it's a great offer either way as you can play all the games you'll only play once and so don't want to spend money buying. I normally use my FunPass to play HOPAs or super easy TMs and M3s that I'll only ever play once, then use my credits to get games like really fun TMs and M3s, etc, that I'll play again. And, when you work out that you only pay $7.29 per month and you get an SE coupon code every month, all you have to do is play one more game per month and you've saved money. And the more you play the more you save! And, if you look at all the games I've played with my FunPass (in StuSue's list) you'll see how I've benefitted from it.
However, I'd only recommend it if you have the time to play some games every month and if you can still keep your BFG membership as BFG gets a lot more games than GH and GH doesn't get a lot of the CEs. Or, just rejoin BFG whenever there's a good sale and you want some of the CEs.
I worked out that the next games I'm going to play are all the games where I only bought the SE at BFG (and haven't yet played them) before I got my FunPass, but GameHouse has the CE, so I get the CE game but only paid the SE price! I think there are about 25 on my list!

And I want to put that kitten in my pocket, he is so darn cute and I love how he is animated and moves just like a real cat.
Oh, that cat was adorable! And I don't even like cats!
I loved the way he scrambled up things, as if he was about to fall, but made it. But what I really liked about him was that, unlike another game I just betaed where a mummy bird leaves its baby - which you've just rescued - all alone to fend for itself while she goes with you to help you for no reason (I wrote in the survey that I didn't like that at all as it just didn't make any sense), this cat just comes along with you ** until you get it back home, then it stays there ** so there's a reason for it tagging along.

I have yet to play Magic Griddlers Tirama or Mystery Riddles. But you are right about Magic Griddlers, I have it on my IPad as Fill and Cross Magic Journey and there are in app purchases if you want. I just wait it out and I don't care to get achievements that I have to spend money to accomplish. Same with the two that game out recently with the women dressed in Asian garb with the green backgrounds. I had both but under different names. I think they were the ones you thought had the dreary music.
The music wasn't dreary, it made me feel sad. I can't seem to find the right word to describe it: wistful, maybe? That game was Fill and Cross: World Contest.
I've finishe 4 of the 6 rooms in Magic Griddlers. This one is either easier than the others, or I've sharpened my skills a lot playing World Mosaics Chroma (Free to Play). The music is upbeat without being manic.
Has anybody tried Vacation Adventures: Park Ranger 2? I sort of remember playing teh first one. It was a straight HOG, but in addition to finding the listed objects, you had to find objects for the lost and found and also pick up recycleables. Also had mini games.

I finally got to play some more of Final Cut Encore. So far I'm happy that I have the SE instead of the CE. There were supposed to be morphs in the CE, IIRC, but I didn't find any in the short part of the demo that I did. This series has a good storyline and I'm interested in that, not finding the collectable de jour. I love this series

I played the beta for a new HOPA yesterday.
Name: Spirit of Revenge: Cursed Castle
By: Vendel Games
SE/CE: There were morphs and collectibles but not sure as no Extras button
Morphs: Yes, you get extra hints with them
Collectibles: Yes, you need them to play the bonus
Bonus: Yes, but don't know if it's a bonus chapter or something else
Difficulty: Very easy, not for experts
Gameplay: Fun and smooth
Graphics: Good, and the Inspector looks and sounds exactly like Inspector Barnaby
Story: Good, cursed castle and family, and family missing except little girl
HOSs: Different and fun but easy
Puzzles: Different and fun but easy
My recommendation:
If it's released as an SE, as the first one was, I'll get it automatically as I really liked the graphics, music, gameplay, story. However, if it's released as a CE I'd have to find out first how long and how interesting the bonus chapter was (I'm assuming the bonus is a chapter), as well as if it gets any harder as the game progresses. However, I will be getting the game in some form. Hopefully it will only be an SE but I loved the collectibles idea, although they were way too easy to find.
If you'd like to see all my pros and cons I've posted a full list in the Sneak Peek Betas thread.

I finished Shadow Shelter last night. I am really impressed with Nevosoft. This is the second game I played from them that I really enjoyed and couldn't stop playing until the game was finished. The first one was Hypnosis.
I started Nightmare Realm this morning. Very nice looking game. Looks to be a good one. I got the SE and I can still collect the origami collectibles.

stusue -- SPIRIT OF REVENGE sounds like it's right up my alley. Easy, good graphics, good story.

I did it! Now I´m officially a Fun Pass member! Goodbye BFG (I don´t know if I´m glad or sad, I´ve been with them since 2003 and did betas and a regular member since 2005) but I feel that it has became harder and harder to find SE:s for PCC:S.
And it even got cheaper than expected (I don´t complain ), I only paid $80.49! $6.70/month versus 8.74/month at BFG.
