There was a pop-up.  Click on Pet Store.  Then click on the green button that says select new helper.  I could be something that appears at a certain time.  Wendy and I are in Florida. 
 

thank you, thank you. And its more like you'll see more of me because he'll be working at least 8 hours of the day once he finds work. Also, I have to flip my sleep schedule around dramatically. When I have flare ups, the meds I have to take keep me awake at night so then I find myself going to bed in the wee early hours of the mornings and waking up in the afternoon. I really, really want to find a way out of that because then I'll never see my hubby lol I have also commited to finding somewhere to volunteer or something to do during the day so I have a life because my life has been on hold for 2 years now. But Im very excited  It almost doesn't feel real...

I started playing Grim Tales-Bloody Mary CE. Sooo glad I gave this series another try as I just LOVE it and this one as well. It kind of reminds me of Nightmare on Elm Street with the song they use. Its very much like that "1..2..freddy is coming for you..." but instead its "mary" lol I've begun to realize that every Elephant game I own is a slam dunk in terms of SE/CE/Story/Fun factor etc and all the rest are wild cards that I can usually live without...I have become very fond of SE's lately too. I realized in most games I get sick of looking for collectibles especially 4 different kinds or whatever.  The collectibles in this one I just happen to stumble upon too lol

Sue, I am sorry you had a relapse. I am not sure exactly what medical thing you have going on but I know personally that any setback in terms of health is not fun. At least you got to play your games though 

I was surprised to see that the pc release of Cooking Academy was a FTP. It seems a lot of people were not happy about that either. I am not a big fan of that series and since mac users don't get FTPs, I wasn't upset over it. Strange that they do it for Ipad/iphone when that is apple but not for mac...I am about to get the last key to the castle in Midnight Castle for ipad. If the game doesn't improve after that, then I am going to ditch it. Its just a waiting game. Its nice because you find at least 10+ objects unlike some other games but you have to find objects to open other objects and you have to wait then for the scene to recharge. I'd rather it be like Found and have energy that you can use until you run out then have to wait to play a hidden object scene every 10 minutes+ once you do it. Annoying...

Don't feel bad about the Pegacorn...when I used to play The Sims Social, I found myself every once in awhile spending like $1.99 to purchase something for the house or to advance a quest. Thats why Im almost thankful that I play these FTP on my dad's ipad because I can't charge anything. I could but it would be a whole ordeal to do it and thats good because especially with Township, I just want more bucks especially so my factories can be more efficient LOL xx

Okay, I don't have the pop-up and see nothing about it in the pet store.  Too bad as I would have spent the .69 cents on it.
 

stusue -- I'm sorry you had a relapse but glad you were well enough to have a good time with all your company.  I'm also glad that you were well enough (during the relapse) to play your games. 

Tirama -- your comment (and DH's) about the pegacorn had me lol.

sunshinej -- Maybe you'll get the pegacorn quest when you finish Yura's quests.  Also, as Tirama said, maybe it's rolling out at different times.  You'll know it when you see it -- it's one of those big  full-screen things.
