Re: Antique Road Trip: American Dreamin'

My two games get mixed up sporadically, it's really weird.  I just put something up for sale but it's listed by my other game's name.  It doesn't really matter too much, at least.  Sometimes it keeps everything straight perfectly fine and sometimes it gets all confused.  I have one game where I've run totally out of quests so all I have is my daily.  Yesterday I was on the desktop working on the game that I still have quests on.  Later on I was on my laptop and I logged into that game and I had to do the quests over again  It seems to keep my money, gold, and inventory straight so I'm not too concerned, but it gets me confused sometimes  When I log out and in sometimes it changes my name, sometimes it doesn't.  Sometimes I can bid on stuff I put up for auction, sometimes I can't.  Makes stuff interesting

No matter how much I complain, I'm grateful for all I have.

Interesting Wendy!  I have all three minis open there and I didnt get that quest.  Right now I have no quests except for the daily quest.  I do have a few areas to get master in.

I'm doing it on the game that I didn't do Valentine's on.  The quest is by a chubby guy, I have to fill and exchange a stamp collection.  In tandem with that I've been doing the series of quests to open up the minis in Gus Antiques, finding the dolls and the spear.  I seem to be all done with the Antiques, and exchanging the stamps is the only quest I have now.  I don't have any of the other locations open in Maine because they had to do with getting the party ready.  I don't know if I finally exchange my stamps if I'll get some more quests but it seems that I'm almost done so I'll put it off and keep getting my G W's.  I can sell several a day for $25,000 each.

Re: Antique Road Trip: American Dreamin'

Wendy, have you done the quest for the Red Wine glass in that game?  I think the quest for the Mythical Cameo is also part of that series of quests, they say at the top either Bronze Collectibles or Silver Collectibles.

Tirama -- I think I finally got a Mythical Cameo in a minigame.  I don't know where i got a red wine glass but I must have somewhere because it says "collection completed".

Since i don't get quests (except for the daily quest_ I don't spend much time there anymore.

Lily, read your post from March 27.  That's when you got that Mythical Cameo.  The quest for the Red Wine Glass was pretty early in the quests we received with the update for the valentine stuff.  Not part of the timed valentine quests, just some stuff to hold us over until the big event started.

Re: Antique Road Trip: American Dreamin'

Well, soon it will be time to see what our weekly surprise is.

It's been a good day so far, I received lots of gifts in MC, bought a pegacorn in AK, and who knows what will arrive at midnight in ART.

I thought you didn't like MC, what got you started again?  I haven't played it since well before the update.

I downloaded it again when BF offered a 60% off coupon.  Wasn't sure if I needed to play to get the coupon, so I started just in case.  I like the changes made.  Now there's special items just for the airship, so it's a doodle to get the airship achievements.  You can also win items, as well as coins, at the dice table.

I do find the gift givng a bit stressful keeping track of who I've already given to and who's given to me.  I set up a spread sheet and I figure this will be good practice if and when BoomZap activates giving.  Thought what anybody could possibly need in ART escapes me.

Re: Antique Road Trip: American Dreamin'

I got another briefcase of minigame resources.  I still haven't opened the first one.  I'm saving them for when the auction prices return to reasonable and more people are buying and selling.  Then I'll play minigames and auction off what I won.
