I have finished Lost Lands: Dark Overlord CE. It was very good, much better than expected.
The graphics and the background sounds (and music) were very good. At one moment hubby asked: Where´s the water running?! I liked the HOS and the puzzles and it was fun with the collectibles. I didn´t regret buying the CE.

Anki, I'm so glad to hear that! I was tossing up whether or not to get the CE but decided to get it as, looking through the replayable puzzles in the Extras, I decided that all the puzzles were ones I liked and you could replay them so I decided to get the CE with a free coupon code I had. Yippee!

I've just discovered that at GameHouse, when they have a 50% sitewide sale (as they do now) you can use PCCs to get CEs! Normally you can only get their Platinum games with either 2 FunTickets or cash - you can't even use your monthly GCCs unlike at BFG - but when the price is down to the normal price of an SE you can use a PCC to get a PE! Pity BFG doesn't allow that. Unfortunately, though, it also means that you don't get any punches.

For anyone who's interested, there's a sale on CEs as well as SEs this weekend, although the only way you'd know about it is by opening your Game Manager. I only found out about it because someone mentioned it in the forum for today's TGT. Someone else who'd bought the game straight away before demoing it read that post after she'd bought it - and she was not happy.
CE Sale: $9.99

Stusue I found that in Cursery Tales as well with the morphs, you only knew how many you had when you found them. There was nothing at the end telling you your final total, I wasn't sure how many I missed. I also hate when you finish a game and the bonus and want to go back to look at achievements it will sometimes says you've finished the game do you want to start a new one. No I just want to review my achievements, but it won't let you.
I'm glad there was no BOGOF this weekend. I have about 20 CEs in my GM along with numerous SEs that I'd like so it saved me from some huge purchase.
I'm not sure what I'll start today, possibly the newest Mystery Trackers.

Maybe I'll get the Origins PE from GameHouse. I have a 75% discount ticket that I think expires early April and I don't have anything particular in mind. Does anyone have any better suggestions from GameHouse? I could get Call of the Ages PE for $1.75 or Origins PE (or any other) for $2.50

Wendy, for what it's worth, in my opinion I'd get the Origins PE. I really liked it and, even though you don't need the bonus, it does add to the end of the story as you get a conclusion after finishing your quest. Also, both the main game and bonus are long. I also really liked the HOGs, the alternate golf solitaire game, and the puzzles. It's also great if you love the adventure part of HOPAs. You'll also know what the achievements are.
I didn't like Call of the Ages, SE or CE, as I couldn't stand the sand. I found it frustrating, not fun, on those levels and the bonus levels are all timed and thus really hard and I don't know anyone who's finished them to get all the extra levels. Although I know that others here have played it and I think really liked it.

Oscar, thanks SO much for validating my choice to only get the SE of Cursery Tales. It didn't wow me and from what I read it wasn't worth the CE (although I can't remember why; I think the bonus wasn't very long or interesting or something ). So I won't have any problem with the morphs as there won't be any!
I don't have that many games on my wish list, fortunately. However, not having a BOGOF this weekend (although both the French and German sites have one) means that I won't be spending all my time working out which CEs to get, as I haven't even demoed the last few, let alone decide which ones, if any, I want as CEs or SEs. I have 3 SEs to get on Monday to fill a card and I'm pretty sure I know what I'll be getting.
I also have an expiring PCC to use tomorrow at GameHouse and I've been demoing games all day today, in betwen doing the washing, trying to decide which of the ones in my possible list I'll get. I demoed Olympus Griddlers - anyone played that, demoed that, have an opinion? I read that it's a really basic nonogram game but it gets hard really fast - that I can attest to - but that, fortunately, with this one you don't need to use hints to work out a move; you can always work out a move logically. I've also been playing Dragon Keeper 2 - GH had a double pack come out today with 1 and 2 together as an SE. It's one of those games that's unbelievably repetitive but you can't stop playing. It's always, just one more level because I want to get that, or try that, or earn that...
I'd also like to get Sea Journey, which is an old (2009) battle M3 that I loved but have already finished. But it's a game that I'll definitely replay, plus you can replay whatever levels you want once you've won the big battle at the end, so it's one I'd like to own.
Ah, decisions, decisions... But what a great problem to have ... which games to get with my free PCCs!

I had been debating over rejoining BFG if they had a BOGO this weekend since I have those 3 punches sitting there but since they didn't have one I'll just let them go. I'll probably get Origins PE with my GH coupon, I like the Campfire Legends series but the last one didn't get very good reviews. Mortimer Beckett is alright, but not my favorite. They have the Emily series but I don't seem to like her very much, everyone else raves so I'll have to give her another try this summer. Playrix has Royal Envoy 3 out (as opposed to Campaign for the Crown, I guess) but GameHouse doesn't have it yet. I aways get the CEs of that series, the strategy guide is invaluable and I like having all the extra levels. Actually, if I wait long enough I usually get a Playrix offer of $2.99 for the CE, maybe right before it goes to BFG.

I ended up playing Dark Canvas Blood and Stone and it;s a pretty good time waster.
Stusue - the bonus on Cursery Tales was strange to say the least for me. It had nothing to do with the main story so you are okay there. (eta well except it was the same location and Mother Goose was probably involved lol) Another thing on Cursery I liked the puzzle buit it did get monotonous after you had done the same type over and over. By the last few I was done with them,
Olympus Griddlers seems pretty standard except you put artifacts back in place. Nothing difficult about that portion.
