I tried to download the casino through ITunes but I couldn't get it to work right so I gave up on it.

Now I remember why Fairly Twisted Tales looks so familiar. I did play it before up to a point and had several glitches which unfortunatley is exactly what has happened again. No full moon, hint button stopped working and I have had some reappearing inventory items. I have no desire to replay this a third time in case I end up in the same boat. So I am going to trash it and call it a day.

I had a pcc expiring March 28 so I used it for Olympus Griddlers today for at least the one punch. I have two punches that may or may not add up to a freebie depending on whether there is a good sale

Stuesue and Wendy, prayers to your families
Stuesue, I downloaded the BFG Casino on my hubbys Ipad and haven´t heard a thing
I even downloaded my Yahoo account and sent the confirmation email from the Ipad.
Maybe I should send a little mail to CS too...
I got a sneak peak of the new Rite of Passage yesterday. It was fantastic, I´m really looking forward to it´s release. A perfect time to use the 60% coupon ( on a Monday of course ).

Stusue & Wendy - so sorry to hear about your family members. I'll be thinking positive thoughts for both of them.
Tirama & Oscar where was it that you ran into glitches in the game. I am in chapter 3 now and so far so good.

Sun- in the library in the upper hall, make sure you go off to the right zoom in to the bookcase and grab the full moon before you do anything else in that room. I think that will fix it. The problem was i didn't remember what the issue was it was so long ago that I first played it so I think I repeated the error.

It was so long ago, but I'm pretty sure Ihad problems picking up one of the listed objects in a HO scene. Since the list appears to be randomly generated, I may have gotten lucky this time and the troublesome object wasn't one I had to find.

Thanks so much everyone for your thoughts and prayers for my mum. She had her full-body scan today and will be getting the results tomorrow. We're all hoping that the results will be negative and that they'll then be able to do something about the lump they found in her lung as they initially said there was nothing they could do.

Anki, if it's anything like the last one, Rite of Passage: Child of the Forest CE, I can't wait for it to be released! That one's in my top 3 fav games, along with Grim Legends: The Forsaken Bride CE and Nearwood CE. Woo hoo!
I just did the beta for the second Grim Legends game, Grim Legends: Song of the Dark Swan. However, unlike the new Rite of Passage game, this one was SO disappointing!
Whereas the first one was by Artifex Mundi, this one is by one of the small developers they own, Grey Wizard Innovative, which also made Deadly Puzzles: Toymaker, a straight HOG that I didn't like at all. The game was initially going to be distributed as a separate game under the BFG banner but it was decided to instead release it as an Artifex Mundi game as the second in the Grim Legends series. AM said they're going to release 2 games a year in this series as they don't normally do fairytales and so any fairytales will be released in this series, even though they have nothing to do with each other.
But I could tell straight away that it wasn't an Artifex Mundi game just by the graphics, let alone by the gameplay. It's just an average game with average graphics and boring gameplay with ugly characters. I was SO disappointed and even apologised for my very negative beta survey at the end when you can add comments. I did say, however, that my opinion may have been influenced by my disppointment in the inferior quality of this game compared to the exceptional first game in this series.
The only reason I'll be interested in the demo of this game when it's released will be to see if my opnion has changed as I won't be expecting much at all when I demo it, whereas I had such high hopes and was SO excited when I thought it was a real sequel to the brilliant first Grim Legends game. I think it would be much better if it were released as a separate game and not as the second Grim Legends game as it really is inferior. However, everyone over at PF loved the game.
