My mum's having a full-body scan tomorrow and we're all hoping it's negative. If you could keep her in your thoughts and prayers I'd be forever grateful.

How nerve wracking, Stusue. I hope they are quick with the results. I just talked with my sister the other day, she is in her early 70s. She said she has an abdominal anuerism, needs stents on the other side of her stomach if she ever wants to walk again, and cancer in the lymph node of her breast. She's fallen apart since the last time I was home, but that was in 97 when my mom passed. She says the kind of cancer she has either stays where it is and really isn't a problem or else it explodes all over the place so she's not doing anything about it, or any of the rest of it. She says she's ready whenever. I love her, she's such a trouper.
Anyway, I got the BFG CS survey about the Midnight Castle incident. I rated them average this time, said it took longer than normal for replies and that I got a free SE coupon instead of a 60% off CE coupon. Who knows, maybe they will give me a free CE coupon, you never know. They seem to love to give me coupons

Wendy, I'm sorry your sister also has such awful medical problems. I'd never be such a trouper as she. I hope her time won't come for a long time.
Wendy, when you mentioned the 'Midnight Castle incident' did you mean when you didn't get your coupon? Good luck with trying to get a coupon for a CE!
Does anyone remember when they did the same thing with BFG Casino back in January? I seem to remember there being a problem with that, too.
Even though I don't have either an iPad or iPhone, I downloaded iTunes and BFG Casino yesterday and hope I get a code for 80% off my next purchase next week - even CEs! Then, as soon as I have the code, I'll be deleting both iTunes and BFG Casino. Nothing says you have to either play it or keep either once you've got the code.
I'd totally forgotten about it until a few days ago and looked both in my coupon code list and in my purchase list and couldn't see any coupon or anything to say that I'd used one to get a game. So I contacted CS and I got a reply yesterday, saying that she'd looked around and couldn't find anything to do with any BFG Casino promotion but, as I was such a good customer (ie. I've given them lots of $) she also gave me a free coupon for any SE game just for the inconvenience. Like Wendy, it's not the same as 80% off a CE but I can't really complain, especially as since I sent the email I seem to remember another big kerfuffle about it all but can't remember what happened. Anyone else remember anything about it?

I don't remember much about the BF Casino promo. It sounded like too much of a hastle.
I can't believe that another griddlers/fill and cross/nonogram puzzle game has been released. It figures that since we no longer receive a regular punch when using our pcc's (only a bonus punch when used on BPM), that 'm having no problems finding games to get with my pcc's.
I'm going to wait until April to get more games, unless there's a BOGO next weekend AND the code still works on Monday.
I finished Fairly Twisted Tales : The Price Of A Rose. This was not a bad little game, once you got past the short opening bit involving the beach and the cave. There's lots to do, a jump map (but no indication of where you still have tasks), the help button works outside the HO scenes, the journal collects your clues for you and lists tasks, and you use some of your inventory items more than once.
Thanks to sunshine and oscar for playing at the same time, it was the impetus I needed to finally play this game.
