I did like the former Poe games, but always with the knowledge that they are just games and in no way comparable to the works of Edgar Allan Poe.

This applies to any and all computer games created using some premise of the great authors, composers artists etc. of the world. These are simply "Casual Games", sold at a relatively low price and definitely not great art in any sense of the word.
