Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

I just picked up Mystery of Mortlake Manor from Playrix direct due to a little cock up on my part, buying a game from a really good deal that it turned out I had! lol

I'll play Fairly Twisted Tales with you. I've played Chinese Healer, but have the other two unplayed.

I also just received the beta from Playrix for Grim Legends Song of the Dark Swan.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

oscar, sunshine - let's play Fairly Twisted.  Just let me know when you're ready to start  If I run into the same glitch, I can replay Shades of Death.  Then when we're done, we can either choose something else or go solo for a game.  (or buy something new to play )

I received the beta for the next Royal Envoy.  I don't play that sort of game so I won't be trying it out.  But fans of it will be happy to hear there's a new one on its way.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

I started Nevertales CE.  Because it had such raves I decided I should play it while I was still off the road and could use the desktop so I know it will run smoothly and I have the bigger screen.  I'm liking it so far.  There's still a storyline going on instead of the start of a story, then being dumped in a mansion and you never hear anything about the story again until the very end, if you know what I mean.  Only bad thing is when I hit the Windows key to come here and post it froze the game, I had to start the Task Manager.

I'm just finishing the bonus of Whispered Stories tonight, so I'm ready whenever.  I haven't played Shades of Death either.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

Does anyone have  "Push the Box?"  I hesitated to buy it, even as a DD,  because I'm so stupid with that sort of puzzle I knew I wouldn't get far.  Surprisingly,  I've gotten to level 22,  about 20 more than I expected.  And you can skip levels,  a big plus.  And there's no timer.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

I have finished World Mosaics Chroma, until the next update
Now I must start playing a real game,I still feel a bit unfocused I play a little here and a little there in several games. I don´t wanna count how many games I have ongoing...

Meg, congratulations to having your fiancé arriving soon

Oscar, I also loved Whispered Secrets

Sandhan, I ´m also lousy at these kind of games . I was temped but resisted it. I didn´t kow that you could skip levels, sometimes I get stuck on one and then breeze through the ones after...

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

I'm still slogging through the bonus chapter of Haunted Hotel: Eclipse.  It's long.  Like most Elephant games, there's a lot to do in each scene and there's a lot of going back and forth.  Maybe I can finish it up this afternoon.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

The volcano just exploded and I'm heading for the ship in Nevertales.  This is a really nice game.  You never get bored because everything they throw at you is different.  I loved the book and you had to find the items they read about.  Not in the least hard, but it made reading the book so much more interesting.  I'm actually looking forward to a 'normal' HO scene, it's been a long time since I've had one.  I have had to look at the strategy guide a few times, just so I didn't use the hint.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

I have to start World Mosaics Chroma all over again on my new computer.

I finished Haunted Hotel: Eclipse Collector's Edition.  I think the reason it didn't grab me is that there's no real story other than the old Bad things are happening, and you must stop them.

So I'm ready to start Fairly Twisted Tales : The Price Of A Rose tonight.  Hoping it works okay, I'm so tired of writing to customer service about problems.
