stusue -- Is FLOWERS OF IMMORTALITY the complete name? I looked and I don't have a game named that. But then I don't own all the gamesd BFG sells -- it just seems like it! (hoping this is an embarrassed smilie)
Lily, the complete name is - Flower of Immortality - flower, singular, not flowerS (there's only one flower).
It was released on BFG 14 March 2012, with an update a week later on 21 March 2012 to make the game easier!!!! They made the opening scenes easier for all those who had complained that it was too hard, as well as fix some translation problems and reduce the time it took for the Hint to recharge. I liked it the way it was originally, although it is really hard to know what to do in the beginning until you work out how the game works. It's like an adventure game with some HOSs thown in.
It only got an average of 2 stars on BFG but I think that's because it is really confusing in the opening scenes and there's no walkthrough. But if you like adventure games and games where you have to think, then I think it's a good game.

Good to know, I have that game sitting in my unplayed.

Thanks stusue! No walkthrough -- that's why I don't have it! Also I get really, really confused with most adventure games. i just end up wandering around getting frustrated. If I want frustration there's always RL!

LOL! But it has a really good hint system and, like I said, if you click on 3 objects in 3 secs in the HOSs you can get up to 4 instant hints so you don't have to wait for the Hint button to recharge. So, whenever I wasn't sure what to do or where to go I just used a hint and, like most games, you only used the hint if it actually showed you what to do in a scene, not just when it showed you which way to go.

I have the Flower of Immortality in my unplayed list too. Maybe as a group play game?
This past weekend DH & I went in a junk shop/antique store and hanging on the wall was a sythe. Wow, those things are really big and after finding countless sythes in the HO scenes, I finally got to see one in RL.

I finally played the bonus of Demon Hunter, it was very short and unneccessary. I couldn't find a way to go back and look for the collectibles I had missed. I didn't care for it much but it was only $3 so what the heck. Next I am doing the bonus of Fate's Carnival, more door puzzles I believe

I finished the main portion of Reveries Sisterly Love. It was an enjoyable game. I'll finish up the bonus today. I didn't get all the achievements though as I did use a hint, the HO scenes were really well hidden.
I really want to play Emberwing but I refuse to buy anything until a BOGOF. Min need to watch my pennies.

I finally finished Hello Venice 2: New York Adventure. Even playing untimed, you earn plenty of money and can not only finish the garden, but go back and make changes to it. I think, for me, M3 games are best if played only a level or 2 at a time. After a while, all the levels looked alike to me.
I think I'm going to play Haunted Hotel: Eclipse Collector's Edition next.
stusue -regarding Tiffany's hair bows. She has hundreds of them, no exaggeration. She's been wearing bows since she was about 4 months old (she's 9 years old) and other dog owners give me the bows their dogs get when they go to the groomer because their dogs don't like wearing them. They were all jumbled together in a cookie tin. I threw out a bunch that were looking ratty, and sorted the remainder by color into smaller containers (The containers that General Foods International Coffee comes in) and put the containers into the larger cookie tin. Then DH and I started repairing the ones where the rubber band had broken or the decorative doodad had fallen off. After about a half hour, we looked at each other and said "What are we, nuts? Let's just buy new ones." We then spent another half hour surfing the net and choosing hair bows. Nothing like spending quality time together.

I have that one, Oscar, but just the SE. Wasn't it ERS's 50th game or something special like that? I'm doing the Secret Room in Fate's Carnival and I think I hit a glitch. It's all HOs and Puzzle Locks. I was in an HO and the last thing I had to do was find a card, which needed the extra steps. I found a code needed for the phone and dialed itl I got Alistairs voice and the card popped out but then it disappeared. It's off my list, I have nothing else to find in the HO, but the HO won't register as completed. there's no strategy guide to use, the hint does ablolutely nothing. Maybe I can get another free CE out of it if I can't finish this thing up!

Wendy -- I don't know if this will help but BFG has walkthroughs for both the SE and CE of Fate's Carnival.
