Re: Awakening Kingdoms

I'm at my wit's end with this game.  I managed to get past the vile objects, but...I still have not managed to get the 5 songbird eggs.  I've got 4 trophies at that place and I still need 3 more eggs.  I'm going to have to give in and buy them at auction, not that I have a lot of money.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

Good luck on the festival lilyr.  Hope it goes easy like what Wendy had.

Tirama...Since I don't need any items for the quests since I don't have any quests except for one.  I get stuff pretty frequently.

I am up to 20,000 only 5,000 more to go and I can do the Captain Greg quest for festival lamps and pond statues.  After that is done I hope more quests will be pouring in. It is getting boring playing when your only goal is to make money.  I guess I could auction off stuff, but I rather hoard it all in case it is needed later on.   Leveled up to #30  and had  1 more area up - Sacred Grove.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

Tirama -- I feel your pain.  Before we got that quest I used to auction Songbird eggs.  When I needed them they seemed to drop soooooo slowly.

Thank you sunshinej.  I've only completed one Yura's Quest so far.  While you're at it, try to save up some more bolgins.  You'll need 12k to open Raphael's gallery and then each of the 3 buildings needs to be upgraded to level 3.  They are fairly inexpensive to do, but still.  They do take bolgins. I think Wendy got incredibly lucky.  Most of the people who have talked about the Quests have had to use crystals to buy out of 1 or 2 Quests where the items almost never dropped.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

The only things I had a little trouble with dropping was the tambourine and that gem thing, but I still got them every second or third time and I was getting stuff I needed for other quests, too.  I haven't hit the festival on my desktop but I've mainly been playing ART since there's an update supposed to come out this week so I'm getting prepared.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

Well, I just won 2 songbird eggs, so just need one more.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

Right now I've completed 8 quests.  The snow gossamer dress just won't drop.  I was told that the
"Find" things needed to be found so I went and spent my leafy dresses.  Not so.  I have a ton of Shimmersilk dresses in inventory and it took 2 of those.  Oh well.

Wendy -- I got a gem thingy really early.  I spent that collection because I needed whatevber resource it gave.  Right onw I have one more.  Hope I get the other 2 before long.  I need one more tambourine but I've geen getting quite a few of them

Tirama -- Congrats!  Those darn eggs took me forever and they don't seem to drop too often now, either.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

lilyr - I broke down and bought them at auction.  Last seconds bid so I'm probably being talked about somewhere, but, sheesh, I'm working on my final trophy for that scene and no matter what mode I play or how fast I click, I just can't get them to drop.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

I think things might count as "found" if you previously found them in the scene versus buying them from auction.  I know I cashed in a collection for the poster glue in the final quest.    Quests 11, 12, and 13 are pretty easy.  For quest 14 you need 10 Fairybooks from Dawnshadow but you'll be getting the 10 magic paintbrushes you need for the last quest while you're there, they drop in multiples, 2 or 3 at a time.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

well, after buying 2 Songbird Eggs, I played Rose Garden once again, and lo and behold, I got the last egg I needed.  So I'm past that roadblock and speeding towards the next one..  Capt Greg arrived and wants me to upgrade the statue for the festival.  Um, he never showed up to tell me to get the cheap one, but whatever.  He can get in line, everybody wants my money.  I may be wealthy in ART but I'm poverty-stricken in this game.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

I feel your poverty-stricken pain Tirama.  I keep trying to figure out how to maximize my energy (which isn't all that much to begin with) since I'm trying to conserve bolgins to upgrade the castle (a quest) and crystals -- since I'll probably have to use them to get the mystic greyhorns.  Maybe even that darned snow gossamer dress!  I've sdold my unicorn feathers since i don't need whatever resource it gives you.  Congrats on getting that egg!
