I just finished this a just few days ago, and I've already forgotten a bunch
. I do remember:
~the book lover is at building #42
~you get the permit at #33, by opening the hidden safe (although I forget how you find the code). You need to give the guy papyrus that you buy at the library.
~I'm pretty sure the kerosene container is called 'kerosene container' (you don't have to figure out something else to put the kerosene in), but I can't remember where to find it.

I think the kerosene container is bought at the Antiques shop, then you go to Ferelli's and buy the kerosene from him.....hope I remembered correctly. ![]()

Jen and Barre, thanks for the tips. After I posted, I found the book lover, and realized the "container" is just a kerosene lamp! I was looking for a barrel or something. Haven't got the permit yet, though.

HA! Very appropriate, barre.

jen, I'm glad you like the picture, I thought it was so appropriate for the game.

Okay, I finished the idiotic game! But only 120 taks completed, and a few things left over: cotton balls, life buoy, umbrella. Grrr! I hate that!
Did anyone complete the music puzzle? I suck at those anytime, & this one had me completely stumped. I'll probably play it again some day, but not for awhile!

sandhan, congrats on finishing.
I don't know if you care about knowing about your leftover items, but I know it bugged me. So, in case you're interested (according to my notes) here's how your leftover items would have been used:
~both the umbrella and life buoy - given to the man in the shower at #99
~the cotton balls - given to granny/sleeping gramps at #51![]()

sandhan - Congratulations on finishing!!....for the second time.![]()
I did not complete the music puzzle, neither did I defuse the bomb at the hospital. I loved the game at the pot factory even though the conveyor belt was so fast. I tried going there to play again but it wouldn't let me.
Now we can all start on a new group play, eh?
