I tried the demo for Dark Romance: Vampire In Love CE and I love it!!! It is innovative and you can play as two characters, the guy or the girl. If you are playing the girl, you can change at any time and play as the guy and you are in a different scene. I thought that was cool. I won't go into details because you can read all about it in the BF forums. This one goes into my wishlist.
I also tried Clutter 3 and that one goes into my wishlist too. The list is growing longer and I can't wait for a BOGO sale!!

barre - do you want to borrow a pcc so you can get Clutter 3 now? There's no hurry to pay me back. I know I can trust you and I can wait.

Tirama, that is so kind of you, I appreciate the offer. However, I can wait because right now my focus is on ART and I'm waiting for midnight to see the new Valentine's Day updates...it's so exciting.
I have in-between games like the new M3 I just bought, as well as Tales of Lagoona 2 so no hurry to get Clutter 3 because I wouldn't be playing it right away. Your comment about Clutter made me smile Thanks again for the thought.

I'm not sure I could have shown so much restraint Tirama.
I was sorely tempted, so I walked away and considered the source. These are people who have paid hundreds of dollars to play the game and I think they resent people who haven't used any real money. One of them has even said that a person can't expect to get very far if they don't spend money.
Their snotty, condescending remarks to anybody who started after they did just makes me more determined to prove them wrong. I don't expect to be able to catch up in only a month and it very well may take me longer to acquire items, but I don't suffer from gotta have it now syndrome (I've waited 4 months for a CE BOGO sale, after all). I just have to play smarter than those willing to buy their progress.

Well, I really wanted to play Demon Hunter: Chronicles From Beyond - The Untold Story and today's the last day it's at Legacy Games for $2.95. So I just bought it and have played up until where I'd left off when the demo ended. And I got one of the unknown achievements! As well as some others, of course. And some of them aren't all that easy to get. Thank heavens I'd played one of the minigames in the demo and so knew how it worked, as one of the achievements is to get it out on the first try and you have to know where to aim the cannon!
It seems as if this is Brave Giant's first HOPA and what a first game it is! This is what it says on their website:

They say that this game is for the 9+ age group and is 6 hours long. But the way I'm playing I think it'll take a lot longer than that as I'm not using the Hint at all and I'm trekking all over the place, rather than use the jump map (which is how I prefer to play as it's more realistic). This is certainly CE material in my book as it has all the extras - including replayable HOSs and puzzles, a bonus chapter, collectibles, morphing objects in the HOSs (and it's really hard to get the achievements for HOSs under 1 minute and no missclicks with a couple of interactions and morphing objects! ), etc. - but no SG. I'll just have to see how long the bonus chapter is but it seems like it's another story. I wonder if, when, and how it will be released on BFG ...

Yesterday I had a shopping spree
I noticed that the TGT was Clutter 3, totally uninteresting as I didn´t like the other two. Later in the day I saw the reviews and thought I could dl to see how it was. I got totally hooked, I couldn´t stop play.Immediate buy! Then I bought Demon Hunter and filled my first Punch Card at Legacy
(BTW Stusue I saw on Iwin that there was trouble with the bonus play, Brave Giant posted a fix for it on their home site. The link was at Iwin.) And after that there was a sale at Zylom (on the swedish site) so I bought Haunting Mysteries: The Island of Lost Souls for only $1.46 (9.50 SEK) because there where 50% off the sale price. It´s like GHs sales: no try, just buy. When I opened it I discovered that it was the CE( and in swedish)!!! I´m a happy camper now

WTG, Anki!
I only downloaded the demo for Demon Hunter last week and activated it this morning, so hopefully it'll be the correct version. I didn't see anything about an update on the developers site when I looked at it this morning and I still can't see anything.
I Haunting Mysteries: The Island of Lost Souls! It's in my top 10 fav games, if not my top 5, and I have no idea why it wasn't a very popular game when it came out. I loved it so much that I even upgraded to the CE from the SE. Just a pity that the response to the game was so disappointing as the developers who made it - 2 years in the making with a very small team of 3 or 4 people - decided thereafter to only do online games from then on. But $1.46 for the CE? And in Swedish! ** thud ** Enjoy! But just remember that the bonus game goes back and explains how it all happened, as it's a bit confusing if you don't understand that.
And you can demo before you buy again on GameHouse. There was a glitch for a few weeks when you couldn't demo but that's been fixed now and you can demo again.

Are there any Nancy Drew lovers here? Has anyone played today's TGT, Nancy Drew: The Deadly Device?
