Re: Antique Road Trip: American Dreamin'

barre - Crawford is under construction.  Don't think I've opened that mini game.  Just sent my 100th e-mail, that's another achievement finished.  Not sure what's the next achievement I'll work on.

100 emails?  Don't those cost gold?  Wow!  My lectern is gold.  I really don't want to upgrade it to platinum.

Re: Antique Road Trip: American Dreamin'

barre -- I just played the Crawford mini for 16 hooks -- the Orange Fish. I didn't get the Peace Dove, just XP and money.  Does it need to be a quest?  Obviously it is unlocked.

Re: Antique Road Trip: American Dreamin'

lilyr, I did not get a quest for the minigame in Crawford, the one with 16 hooks.  I just upgraded the place.  I got the Peace Dove and wrote it down in my notes where I got it.  Of course you know that for these minigames, you really have to be fast and then you will get the collectible.

I have been trying to get the Rococo Flame in the butterfly sanctuary.....that one is a quest, however I've tried and tried without success....maybe I'm not fast enough?  it sucks because I have to keep getting nets to play that game.  Of course it's Philip's quest and I hate them.  I do okay with everything else except quests from Philip.

If anyone finds a valued collectible by playing a minigame, can you please share the info with us?  I will do the same.

Leisure Photo is in Vincent's Studio, the minigame that requires 4 palettes to play.

They cost coins.  I have a lot of coins.  And a lot of hammers.  Would you believe over 400 hammers?  So I played 30 minutes of mini games:  the first one (mary janes) and the one that cost 5 hammers (Japanese Sakuro Teapot).

Re: Antique Road Trip: American Dreamin'

The sakura teapot is the dog or cat mini in the toy shop.  Whoops!  You already posted that!

Thanks barre.  I've been looking for a Leisure photo.

Re: Antique Road Trip: American Dreamin'

My daily quest is usually out of reach for me. Today I had to have the leaf building at level 4 to play the mini game and it was only at level 2.  I ran out of logs after I upgraded it to level 3.  I'm always short of logs and they're hard collections to make.  I still have to find the Mesopotamian Scribe, 90 or maybe 120 energy to play the scene and it's never there.  I also have to find a shotglass in the 5 net butterfly mini game and can't manage to get that either.  This is becoming stupid.  I've spent the entire week basically trying to get 2 items.

No matter how much I complain, I'm grateful for all I have.

I got the Pony Express stamp in the Pisces minigame in the Angler's place (where you use fish hooks).  I think it was 4.  It's the game with two fish facing opposite directions.  I did get the Peace Dove when I played the mini again.

Re: Antique Road Trip: American Dreamin'

I earned a bunch of achievements yesterday:

visited cities 300 times
picture mode 75 ties
mini games 500 times.

Need to upgrade 11 more buildings to reach 100 buidings upgraded achievement.  Ran out of bricks.  I'm going to set up stickied thread with mini game collection items after I do some real life stuff.
