Everybody's playing something different. I'm playing Apothecarium. I'm half way. Every now and then I get an error message and have to CAD to get out of it, then go back in. I started it awhile ago, then became obsessed with AK, now I'm back and having to remember. The game is alright, it's the one with morphing objects in the HOs, which I'm enjoying. It doesn't have much in the way of plot and that's a shame becaue it had so much potential. I guess I'm really a Large File Adventure girl, they usually have good plots, but I just don't have the patience for them anymore; I don't enjoy wandering around lost and confused.

I have finished Christmas Stories: A Christmas Carol CE. I loved it!!!
I really took my time and watched the beautiful graphics in every scene and I loved the music, every time I listened to the whole intro
The cats were so funny and cute in the bonus!
I enjoyed every minute of it and didn´t mind waiting for the penguins

Anki, I liked it better than The Nutcracker, and that's saying a lot. Every scene was beautiful, I didn't use the map much, I preferred walking and enjoying the scenery. And because it was in sections the areas weren't too large, either.
Finished Apothecarium. I liked the innovations in it, the morphing HOs and the present box, but the plot and scenes didn't do anything for me. It's one of those games that the journal is helpful, it tells you more of what's happening. The Patriots are playing tonight so I think I will start House of 1000 Doors: Serpent's whatever, that way I can maybe just do one door before the game and not get too lost.
The sale doesn't do a whole lot for me, I will rebuy my foreign games on Monday and hope we get a real BOGO in a week or two. There were a few codes for games I told them I didn't care about getting replaced, they told me to use them on something else instead so I will have a couple new ones to pick out for Monday, also. How nice was that? I'm not replacing Witches Legacy or Zombie Solitaire, now I don't know about Apothecarium, it kept giving me access violations, I'd have to CAD out of it, and I didn't care for it. The only other one I played was Portal of Evil, and that one's a keeper, it will get replayed again someday so I will rebuy the English version. I think they sent me 11 coupons, so that will be 22 punches, and then some more from the PCCs I get. Now that I think about it, I don't want to start 1000 Doors, I'll be rebuying it on Monday but I think I have the previous one still unplayed. Or R. C. Grave Testimony.

I just finished Mystery Trackers: Silent Hollow CE. It was quite a long game, and the bonus chapter was long as well. On the whole I can't say I enjoyed the game immensely. In fact, I really liked the Secret Room at the end, which is sort of another bonus chapter....that was fast and fun.
Next I will play The Torment of Mont Triste.

Barre, I don't really care for the Mystery Tracker games. I've had Silent Hollow on my 'maybe' list, but it's towards the bottom. Others love them, but they're too much backa nd forth for me.

I finished Cursery: The Crooked Man and the Crooked Cat Collector's Edition. I didn't love it. There weren't that many FROG scenes, and the objects we made weren't as pretty as some of the other games. There were more puzzles than FROGS, but some of the puzzles were repeats, same concept just dressed up differently.
I'm also sticking a fork in Sudoku Latin Squares and calling it done. I've been playing it for 13 months. I've played over 1600 levels. Finished all the easy, medium, and hard levels. Finished all the 6x6 expert levels and a handful of the 7X7 and 8x8. They're just too difficult and take me too long. Got the game with a pcc, so it doesn't owe me anything.
I'll probably play Nightmare Realm: In the End... Collector's Edition next.

Yes, I found out that the game has two endings. I think with my choices I must have got the bad ending.
I also finished Agatha Christie: And Then There Were None. I really enjoyed this one. Some parts seemed unfair. I mean who would look for batteries in flour. Thank goodness for walkthroughs. I also started reading the book after I got done.
Tirama...Regarding Sudoku Latin Squares - Now that's some game. 1600 levels and over a year playtime. What a bargain.

sunshinej - that's just the Latin squares side of the game. There's also regular sudoku layouts. I just can't face playing any more sudoku. I cringe when I'm playing another game and one of the mini games is sudoku.
Another game that gives you big bang for the bucks is Hidato Adventures. It's the 3rd type of puzzle Rentaro gave us in the Nancy Drew Game.

WOW!! 1600 levels completed and over a year playing for a PCC? WOW!
I'm miffed with THE ULTIMATE CHRISTMAS PUZZLER. It has 3 types of puzzles -- jigsaws, rotate and other -- and says there are 4 levels. But "other" (flip to make matches, place objects in the correct spot) only has the one board of easy games. I'm continuing on with the other 2 in medium level. I think I'll call the game done when I finish this level. I'll probably bring it out next Christmas.
