BFG Customer Favorites

Any thoughts?  Observations?

Elephant Games seems to be the big winner.  They released 12 CE's this year.  10 of their games made the customer favorites list.

ERS released 15 CE's.  5 of their games made the list.

Re: BFG Customer Favorites

The categories and games are so mixed up that it's almost impossible to .... it's just screwy some of the games got put where they did and some had no mention at all.  But I didn't like the choice of games I had to pick from on another ballot, and there's so many I haven't played yet.  I'd have to say I disagree with amost all of them.  I think I have to say the Elephant is tops in my book, although they have several series I don't care for, Mystery Trackers and Grim whatever, Wishes, Legends?

No matter how much I complain, I'm grateful for all I have.

Re: BFG Customer Favorites

I just checked Gamezebo's top 20 games of 2013.  Not a single casual game on it.  Not even the iPad or Android version.  Nothing, nada, zippo.  That will be my last visit to that site.

Re: BFG Customer Favorites

Gamezebo isn't the same anymore though. I remember they used to have previews of hidden object games and now they barely have any. They did review the MCF Fates Carnival but that was the first one I had seen on there in awhile. None of the casual games won awards either. It looks like gamezebo is focusing more on mobile gaming. In fact they even said that this was the year that people strayed away from games on facebook and I can say thats true for me. I used to play games through there and I no longer do.

BFG's list of customer favorites is just done strangely in my opinion. Just because a huge number of people buy a certain game on the day it releases doesn't make it a great game. A lot of people do demo reviews that are 5 star when they should be reviewing the whole game including the ending. Sometimes I wonder if people gave reviews after finishing the whole game if it would be different. I know there are lots of games where I loved the demo but then the game went downhill and I either dexed it or could barely play the rest of it...
