I'm planning to do some tidying up the forum at the beginning of the year: locking some of the threads, such as the soft releases, sales, etc and opening up new ones for 2014. 

Any ideas as to whether an archive section should be created.  The locked threads could be moved there for reference purposes.  Also thinking of pinning this thread to the top.  Any thoughts? 

And should this thread be archived, and a new one started for 2014?

Updates installed but my problems persist.

I don't know all the technical stuff but I figure I would like to reread some of the thread when BOGOs come around, or maybe we could have another small thread for our favorite games list.  I used to keep lists of the games I want but I've grown slightly lax lately.  Archiving means you can still read, but not edit, reply, or quote, right?  Or something like that. 
I just sent in two Customer Support tickets this morning, I don't think there's anything they can do about my problems but you never know when they will send a free game my way  I lost all my inventory in Nightmare Cinema, I was most of the way through the main game and had a power surge for a second and all inventory was gone.  I was really enjoying the game but I can't stand the thought of replaying almost the whole game to get back to where I was, maybe next fall but not now.  I just finished Mystery of the Ancients Black Water CE and none of the HO achievements registered.  I know I had to get 3 items in 3 seconds, I had the 10 items plotted out, and I really believe I got three as soon as the HO opened up, I was trying to do that since it wasn't registering by doing it in the middle of the HO.  I'm also pretty sure I finished one in less than a minute.
   I got another free game coupon from a different lady on FB, it's so hard for me to understand people who say they can't find anything to use them on.  We all have tons of games in here and we all can find more games we want, but then again, maybe that's why we're all here  We alll seem to like all or most of the game categories, so that really keeps us going.
  Anyway, I finished Black Water.  There were a couple of the sequential HOs in the bonus, that type wasn't in the main game.  It was an alright bonus, but not very long, not many locations, but I found myself just using the jump map to get through it.  It wasn't needed, storywise.  The CE doesn't really have a lot to recommend over the SE version.
   The new Hidden Expedition is getting rave reviews, I can download it today so I'm going to have to check it out.  Fate's Carnival came out as SE rather quickly, it sort of makes me think we might have BOGO tomorrow and they're trying to get in some full price sales.  Or maybe the complete opposite

  I just realized if I want to keep playing Awakening Kingdoms over the summer I have to play it on my laptop instead of the desktop.  But will I be tired of it by then?  I don't know how long this type of game goes or if it will keep my interest.  I asked the dev over at Pond Friend about the internet and she told me you can play offline, you just can't do the auctions or friends and I don't thinkyou really need either of them.  The F2P are kinda nice style games for working people, do a run through before work, then again after, you don't really need to worry about storyline or remember too much.  I'm on level 13 now, I'm starting to learn to time my level ups.  If you're almost there you don't want to collect any experience rewards until you run out of energy.  I screwed up just a little, I had enough energy to do one more HO but for some reason I played a mini game instead and it gave me enough experience to level me up, I wasn't realizing I would get experience from the mini, so it cost me 30 energy points.  Oh, well, live and learn.  It's an alright game, something nice to do a couple times a day.  Now I have HO scenes with 3 areas and it's getting a little tough to remember where everything is.

I tried a little of the Hidden Exp. and I liked it, and it was funny.  The guy asked me to use my "mad locksmith skill" or something like that, it made me laugh.  It's campy, I got a kick out of the bad guy 'to do' list  When we have the next BogO I only wanted to get 2 CEs, now I'm torn between Nevertales, Fate's Carnival, and this one so far.  Are there any other really good CE candidates?  Which one should I drop to SE?
