GameHouse currently has a special deal on their Monthly FunPass - $14.99 instead of $19.99 per month. This includes unlimited play of most of their games (only a few of their Platinum games aren't included), as well as a game coupon (for any SE game) every month that has to be used before you get your next one the following month. It's not as cheap as a yearly FunPass subscription but it might be a good time to try it, if you have the time leading up to Christmas.

I've managed to finish a couple of games: Myths Stolen Spring, which was quite enjoyable. It was the SE, so I hope I didnt miss too much. Also Vampire Ventures, which is a fun M3 with a storyline I pretty much ignored. Currently playing Northern Tales 2, Mosaics Galore, & Far Kingdoms. Still working on the challenge levels of
Call of the Ages. Frustrating, but it keeps calling me back. I've finished most of the levels, but there are still a lot of vacancies. I still maintain that some are impossible. Oh yes, also playing Heroes of
Solitarea.

I don't see the FunPass on sale. It still shows up as $19.99.

sunshinej, I just checked and, if you go to the GameHouse home page, all around the outside is the FunPass sale. Just click on that and you go to the sale page. However, this time when I clicked on it it said that it's only for the first 250 customers (which I can't remember seeing the other day) and it looks like there may only be 11 left.
So hurry if you're interested!

sunshinej, I just read all the small print and the discount price is only for the first month; thereafter it's the regular price of $19.99 per month.
But I think it would be a great way to try it for a month. Play as many of the games you want that you don't already have (they seem to be getting all the SEs before BFG at the moment), then cancel if you want before the month's up (when you often get a special deal offer, which happens to me every time I cancel) or continue on at the regular price, or maybe change to a yearly subscription, that's either $99 or $119 for the year (which is a lot cheaper and you still get the free game every month as well as unlimited play of almost all their games.
And yes, when I just checked there were only 11 discounts left.

YAY, sunshinej! Welcome, fellow FunPasser. But poor you, having to pay tax.
That's one good thing about being registered in Australia, I pay no tax on any gaming site!
I can't wait to see how you go because as it's unlimited play I keep on playing GH games rather than my long list of other games (and rather than doing all the housework that just sits there patiently, waiting for me to notice) because the more games you play the better value it is.
And it took I think about a week for me to get my free game coupon so don't worry if you don't get it straight away. Just remember that you have to use it before you get the next one (assuming you continue) so you get 4 weeks to choose a game. Oh, and you automatically get the first 2 punches on your punch card punched, free!
And what I really love is being able to play heaps of games that I'd otherwise not play, like Dark Angels and the one I've nearly finished, Call of the Ages, which I didn't like enough to buy (and am really glad I never bought it now that I've nearly finished as I don't like it any more now than when I demoed it and so would never want to replay it).
