Govols, thanks for the info on the Singing Monsters update. I found it, and see that now they're advertising it. Yes, everything is horrendously expensive--I wonder why? But if you're patient enough, you'll eventually get all the stuff without forking over cash. And it will make the game last longer, which is what we all want, right? I bought Water Island as soon as I could, just for the extra diamond mine.
I finished Zombie Solitaire, with barely enough points, but then I'm not insistent on getting all the stars. I started over, to be less profligate with spending points early in the game.

I finished Sable Maze: Norwich Caves Collector's Edition. The game was good, not great. It does have the best set of progressive interactive HO scenes that I've ever played. They are not easy-peasy at all and my hat is off to anybody who earns all the achievements for finding x amount of articles in y amount of seconds.
The stategy guide was lacking, and the button for accessing it had a nasty of habit of lowering itself into the scene if it felt you were clicking around and not getting anywhere. Anyhow, I bought 8 CE's this month during the BOGO, and this was my eeny, meeny, meiny, mo game, the last one I chose. I probably would have enjoyed it more if I hadn't just played Siren's Call, I really superior game, IMO.
I'm going to play Spooky Bonus next.

I finished Flights of Fancy: Two Doves CE today. It was an okay game. Sometimes I had a hard time picking stuff up during the interactive HO scenes. Quite a few times I got stuck and had a hard time figuring out what to do next. The SG helped a lot during those times. I loved the map, but sometimes it said that there was something to do still in an area but I wasn't able to access it just yet because I needed another part or something. Otherwise a fairly decent game. I didn't get all the collectibles though, I wasn't able to spot them all.
I think I'm going to play Grim Tales: Bloody Mary CE next. We will see. I have quite a bit more work to do today before I can play any more games. I was able to finish the Two Doves during my lunch break.

I finished Sirens Call last night. I was sorry to see it end. It is up there in my top 10 games. Really good storyline and it has been left open nicely for another Nightmare of the Deep and show down with Davy Jones. I missed 2 parrots and many of the"other" achievements. I don't know what they even were. Did I miss a list somewhere Tirama?
I'm not sure what I will start tonight. I may just have to close my eyes and point. Anyone demo Nevertales yet?

I demoed Nevertales and was so engrossed in it that it timed out before I knew it. It's a good game and I think it has more than 1 bonus chapter. Everyone's recview of this game is 5 stars I think. It is quite innovative. I'm getting the CE for this one during a BOGO sale of course....I may pair it with the Blue Tea CE that's coming out in November.
Happy to hear that Sirens Call is a great game and that you enjoyed it. I am looking forward to playing it. So far I've only finished Rite of Passage: Child of the Forest CE, which coincidentally is another Mad Head Game. I enjoyed that one. Now I'm going to play 9 Clues: The Secret of Serpent Creek, plus I already started Spooky Bonus M3.

Looks like I have a lot of good games ahead of me! I timed out on SPOOKY BONUS so I'll get that one Monday.
sandhan -- I'm on the bridge in ZOMBIE SOLITAIRE and wonder if I'll ever get off! I guess I spent much too liberally early on.
oscar -- Do you recommend playing NIGHTMARES FROM THE DEEP in order?

Are you referring to the book in the lower right corner of the achievement page? If you click on it, you can turn the pages and read what they are. You did better on the parrots than it did, and I missed 1 octopus. I missed one of the other achievements, the one for getting through the maze without using a map. By map, they meant that piece of paper you recorded symbols on.

Tirama, not the book, the ship was labelled other achievements and there were 29. Maybe it was referring to the total between the book and the treasure chest? I can't remember the numbers for those two. I used the symbol map as well. I think I missed one other one in the book.
Lily, I would play them in order. The museum curator is introduced in the first one, she's the hero in them both.

This is a guess: add the 11 of the treasure chest, the 15 of the book. That equals 26. Then 1 for each group of collectibles (octopus, sea horse, parrot).
I had 21 of 29 (1 for the seahorses, 6 for the chest and 14 for the book). You can't get all the chest achievements in one playthrough. I didn't do the mahjong games, so I missed those, and apparently showing a silhoutte counts as using a hnt, so I missed the 10 in a row without a hint.

Thanks oscar. That's what I thought.
WooHoo! I made it off the bridge . But the thread for the sewers isn't in ZOMBIE SOLITAIRE Game Forum any more. <heavy sigh>. And here I thought this would be a quick and easy game. lol I've also gotten spoiled by FAIRWAY where you can hover over the card and see what is coming up. Maybe there is a power up for that.
