Okay, who was it that got me hooked on Farm Up? I hate you? This is the most stupid game but I just can't quit playing it. Hopefully I'll get it out of my system in the next month before I go home, hubby will be mad if I ignore him to go grow some eggplant! Off to harvest and replant before bed.

My supply of unplayed CE's has dwindled to 7, so I decided to replay Gravely Silent: House of Deadlock Collector's Edition.
This game was released in April 2011 and it really looks dated. No widescreen or even stretchscreen. No voiceovers, map, collectables, morphs, achievements. The HO scenes are much more cluttered than the ones being produced now, and you have to find way more items.

Wasn't me Wendy! Lol
I finished the main game of Myths of the World Chinese Healer. I somehow missed 3 cranes boo. It was quite an easy game, very story driven. You didn't need the map at all you finished a section and it closed, no backtracking required. All in all it was quite a nice leisurely game. I'll finish off the bonus tonight and pick something new. Somebody pick a letter between a and z.

Oscar, please tell me about the bonus game of Chinese Healer! Such a beautiful game, and I just had the SE.
And speaking of beautiful games, I just finished the bonus play of Fierce Tales, Marcus' Memory. Worth the CE price, and I'm afraid it spoils me for whatever I play next. Ah well, must soldier on, and pick something; plenty of choices.

Will do sandhan, and I think I'll have to play Fierce Tales next. I'll just play the games you finish and recommend! Lol

Quite a coincidence the new Mystery Age coming out today when I am almost done with Mystery Age: The Dark Priests.
I finished Mystery Age: The Imperial Staff last week. I found it to be a fun at first and it got to be repetitive by the end. Now the Dark Priests I like much better. It is a HOPA where as the Imperial Staff is not. Also the Dark Priests have two different HO styles - list and FROG where as the Imperial Staff is just FROG style.
I will get the 3rd Mystery Age today since I can just continue on when done with the second one.

Tirama...I had to smile about you mentioning a game from 2011 having no frills. When I was playing Shiver: The Hitchhiker that was what I was thinking too. It just had a bonus chapter, wallpaper and a SG. It did not even have voiceovers except for the intro and a lot of HO scenes. I still thought it was a fantastic game, but so different from what we have nowadays. I have, but have yet to play Gravely Silent: House of Deadlock.

I liked Gravely Silent. And I have both those Mystery Age games but have played neither.

I liked Gravely Silent when I first played it, but not so much now. The first Shiver (which was released only 1 month before Gravely Silent) I've played several times, last time was in May 2012, and I still liked it very much.

Ditto.
Finished Inbetween Land. I kinda liked the plot in that there was no bad guy.
