Nothing to report EXCEPT...my level 34 game that was sitting on a quest for the Insomnia Horn, which I was using over and over, crashed back to level 1. It still kept the same ID and friends list was intact, nothing else. 
As low as it was I had been able to complete all of the Castle Challenges (5?) since opening creating this game in June 2019. I put in a ticket so hope to get it back and caught up soon.
