I just discovered Artifex Mundi in the Windows App Store ... and their sale games.
I just got:
Enigmatis 3: The Shadow of Karkhala CE for 3,49 EUR or US$3.92
Grim Legends 3: The Dark City CE for 4.99 EUR or US$5.60
The normal price for their CEs is only 6.89 EUR or US$7.74 !
Yay for the Windows Store and Artifex Mundi! Especially when their games are on sale! But I wonder why the Windows Store has their games so cheap?

Okay. Probably a stupid question, but can you play these games on a PC or just a mobile device?

Lily, there are no stupid questions!
I think they're available on both but I got the PC version. I was ordering on my PC and I think it just automatically downloaded the PC version.
I downloaded the demos first, to check that they were the same as the CE versions on BFG and, as far as I can tell, they're the full CEs, with collectibles and all the extras with replayable HOSs, MGs, etc.
Great price, huh?

I thought there seemed a lot of new games at GH last week, stusue!
Epistory eventually came up with a proper screen for me but it was so slow like that ABC Murders was. I now know it's because there's not enough memory allocated to my virtual windows but I'm not allocating more as then my Mac is slow!
I've now finished Labyrinths of the World: Shattered Soul PE and Death at Cape Porto: A Dana Knightstone Novel PE. I enjoyed both a lot, especially the Dana Knightstone one.
ETA: Stusue, probably as well about Epistory because if it involves typing I only have one hand to type with as 90% of the time Snoozle is in my other arm!

At least you're making progress Tirama. I've got series where I've only played the 1st or 2nd of long series.
Lily, at least you've started series!
I have loooong series where I haven't even played the first one!
I've got some series that I haven't even started. I've got some series where I haven't even bought all the games yet.
I've finished Fantasy Mosaics 17: New Palette. I'm going to play Haunted Hotel: Eternity Collector's Edition and Haunted Hotel: Phoenix Collector's Edition next. Still need to buy the ones after those two.

Hi, Fudge
You've still got 10% of the time to play it!
I've just sent GH an email, asking if 2 credits is correct for Epistory - Typing Chronicles as it isn't a PE. Fingers crossed it's only an SE and 1 credit and then I'll get it half price. Otherwise I'll wait and see what BFG releases it as. I can't see them releasing it as anything other than an SE.
And I wonder how many games we're gonna get this week at GH...

Hi, Tirama

Here's a Monday Sneak Peek for all the games set to release this week!
Mobile:
Dead Reckoning: the Crescent Case Collector's Edition
Mystery of the Ancients: Mud Water Creek Collector's Edition
Witches Legacy: The Dark Throne Collector's Edition
PC/MAC:
Fear for Sale: The Dusk Wanderer Collector's Edition
Mystery Tales: Eye of the Fire Collector's Edition
I've been waiting for Mystery Tales: Eye of the Fire CE by Domini !!!!
PROS:
- one touch
- good V/Os and very good lip-syncing
- good animation
- collectibles - 78 tarot cards and pages from Witch's book with info re witches
- morphing objects - 18 dungeon devices!
- there are extra scene clicks, eg. scare crow and butterfly away
- lots of ambient sounds - rain, birds, etc.
- HOPs - have an alternative M3
- MGs - Easy/Hard choice - and the Hard choice is really harder!!!!
- lots of achievements - 1/2 earned, 1/2 gameplay
- some achievements hard - 5 HOPs in a row in under 1 minute each!
- you get photograph clues with mobile phone - inventory
- glasses let you see past events
- there are notes in a diary - yay! - I like being able to check
- I clicked to shoo a crow away and it flew straight into my face, screeching!
- that's the very first time I've jumped in a game! LOL.
- you actually see your hands when you take something and use mobile phone, etc.
- lots to do in each scene, so exciting, not slow and boring with lots of talk
- MAP - really pretty - pictures of the scenes stuck together
- easy to see where to go - use arrows to change areas
CONs:
- the BBTs give TMI and there's no option to turn them off
- the Plus Items are indicated and turn green when active - real bummer :o(
- Difficulty Mode - very few options !!!!
- only tutorial, active areas on map, sparkles, hint and skip - that's it!
- graphics were good - v. pretty and clear - but v. saturated :o(
- Music - typical Domini - v. little! :o(
- Achievements - you can't get them all, unless you can get some in Extras
- eg. you can't get All HOPs without hints AND 1 HOP using only alternate M3
My recommendation to myself: YES!
Loved the game.
So much to do in each scene.
And loved the challenge of the Easy/Hard choice in MGs.
Loved it so much I can (with difficulty) ignore the BBTs giving TMI and the Plus Item indicators.
You collect 78 Tarot Cards to know your future, and pages from a witch's book that give info re witches. In the last Mystery Tales game you collected postcards and they had a really weird mix of sayings, advice and trivia. Some of the jokes on some postcards you collected were ...
A vulture boards an airplane, carrying 2 dead raccoons. The flight attendant says, "We only allow one carrion per passenger."
What do you call an elephant that turns into a cat? A: A cat!
Want to hear a joke about a broken pencil? Never mind, it has no point.
What do you call a boomerang that doesn't work? A: a stick
The skeleton asked the bartender for a beer ... and a mop.
My pet salamander's name is "Tiny" because he's my newt.
Fear for Sale: The Dusk Wanderer Collector's Edition
by EleFun Games
I haven't betaed this one but the theme music from the Fear for Sale series is one of my fav pieces of music - not only in HOPAs but out of all the music that I listen to. And I absolutely adore all the music from one of the earlier games. So I'm really looking forward to seeing what this game offers.

Hi, Tirama
You just seem to be zipping through so many games and so many series!
I feel like Alice in Through the Looking Glass when the Red Queen tells her "Now, here, you see, it takes all the running you can do, to keep in the same place. If you want to get somewhere else, you must run at least twice as fast as that!"
I think the problem is that I didn't buy or finish many games in 2014 or 2015 and it's going to take me quite a while to catch up.
I did finish Haunted Hotel: Eternity Collector's Edition.
