I finished Bridge to Another World: Alice in Shadowland.  I really enjoyed it.  

I started over with The Tiny Bang Story...I think I gave up before in frustration even though it is a cute game.  Determined to stick with it this time.  Also, I am playing White Haven Mysteries & Haunted Hotel: The Axiom Butcher.


Wendy...I know, True Fear 2 is so close now.  October is a good month for it to come out with Halloween and all.  Can't wait.

Just like last year, there's a BOGO sale for the long Labor Day weekend.  I imagine like last year, Bonus Punch Day will be moved to Tuesday.

I've played the first 3 chapters of Phantasmat: Behind the Mask Collector's Edition.  Maybe I should have saved it for closer to Halloween, it's a pretty creepy game.

Haven't posted a list of games played since April 1 ~ cross stitching, baseball and computer crash really cut into my game playing but hoping to get more done now that fall/winter are right around the corner.

Mystery of Mortlake Mansion (4/06)  Strange game, series of rooms/shadow rooms, liked string puzzles at end (C)
Amaranthine Voyage: The Living Mountain CE (04/16) Beautiful graphics, lots to do/look at in each scene,  collect dog biscuits/fairies (B-)
Awakening: Moonfell Wood (5/06) Slow going for me, busy w/other stuff.  Lots of puzzles, B/F to different scenes (B-)
Crossworlds: The Flying City (5/14) Didn't like it, strange game, graphics, story.  Robots, futuristic realms. (C)
Phantasmat CE (6/21) Loved it!  Fun, creepy story. Town buried after dam collapses. Loved graphics, esp. old lady (A)
Haunted Legends:  The Queen of Spades (6/25) Liked, lots of HOS, puzzles and graphics good. Find deck of cards to bring Queen back and defeat evil, little elf. (B)
Eternal Night: Realm of Souls (7/21) Different kind of game. Defeat evil w/5 different charms. Used W/T to check direction.  Good puzzles but otherwise, just OK game for me. (C)
Lost in Time: The Clockwork Tower (7/27) OK game. Used WT a lot and lots of B/F. Collect diamonds/coals. (B-)
Mishap 2: An Intentional Haunting (8/16) Long game, got bored after a while, quit reading bios just to hurry it up. Mini games were hard but was bound/determined to finish. (C)
Vermillion Watch: Moorgate Accord CE (8/16)  Lots of stuff to collect ~ hidden signs, morphing items, souvenirs.  Fun game, lots of good puzzles.  Just needed to play a current game and enjoyed.  (A-)
Maestro: Music of Death CE (8/23)  Loved it!  Good graphics for older game. Lots of HOS which I loved in this game. Puzzles good, some hard.  Thorough enjoyed playing and look forward to others in series.  (B+)
Stray Souls: Dollhouse Story (8/26) Creepy, scary game but really liked it!  Lots of HOS, puzzles easy.  Graphics good, esp in HOS.  Creepy clown and rag doll helper w/button eyes was sorta creepy. (B+)
Stray Souls: Stolen Memories (8/30) Didn't like as much as first but still good game.  Not many HOS but lots of good puzzles.  Creepy clown and rag doll helper back.  (B-)

I really loved that game.  The developers really put a lot of thought into the story and the characters. 

I finished Phantasmat: Behind the Mask Collector's Edition.  While the atmosphere was creepy enough, the characters weren't very interesting. I think a lot of these games suffer from too many characters.  With fewer characters, the developers could give each one a stronger, more detailed storyline/back story.

Onward to Phantasmat: Town of Lost Hope Collector's Edition.

The first Phantasmat game has been one of top favorites.  It is one that I have played many times.  Great story which expands deeper in the bonus game. 

I finished Haunted Hotel: The Axiom Butcher...I liked it...it has a lot of locks that you need to find keys for, so back and forth especially in the beginning,  but the story was strong and lasted to the end of the game.  Be prepared for blood.  Does anyone know that quote from Macbeth "Who would have thought the old man to have so much blood in him".  Well just change out old man and him for this game and it and there you have it.

For the Labor Day sale I used 2 game credits and got these games:

Vermillion Watch: Moorgate Accord  I demo'd this and thought it was good.
League of Light: The Gatherer...I agree with Anki, that I think the scarecrow is so cute.
Labyrinth of the World: Stonehedge Legend...I place I like to see with my own eyes
Dark Parables: The Swan Princess & the Dire Tree...I know I said I would get the CE on this game, but I couldn't find another SE to get.

I was debating to get Dreampath: Curse of the Swamp until I saw the video.  Eww!  Raining frogs and people turning into frogs ... Disgusting!  Gross!  Revolting!  My worst nightmare!

Yesterday the DD was Kronville: Stolen Dreams which I bought and is the game I am playing right now.
