August was too early for a MCF game anyways. I still haven't played the second one from last year yet.
I finished Agatha Christie's Evil Under the Sun. It wasn't very hard and hardly had any puzzles in it, even so, I liked it a lot. It did have a hint system inside the game called the Finger of Suspicion, in case you got stumped. I liked the fact that it followed the book closely, not to say that the game didn't add a few things to the story, which it did, but they were well done. No jump map, but you can double click to make the Poirot character jump to the next scene. I feel like rereading the book now.

CE BOGO sale this weekend, which will work out very nicely if Monday, which is the first day of a new month, is a Bonus Punch day.

Excellent point! I hadn't even thought about that. I just looked to see if it was a Game Club sale or a "full price" sale.

I'm having problems accessing BF. Can't connect to either MC or ART. Can't connect to the forums. Can't connect to the main page.
Sure glad I wasn't planning to buy anything today.

Since my last post I've finished Fantasy Mosaics 1, Fantasy Mosaics 15: Ancient Land and Fantasy Mosaics 14: The Fourth Color. I got hooked on them, so relaxing.
Also finished Vengeance: Lost Love, not a bad game at all but very, very short, and Ghosts of the Past: Bones of Meadow Town PE which I REALLY enjoyed. I think it's the most I've ever enjoyed an ERS game. The bonus chapter was nice and long, almost like another complete game.

July wasn't a good month for me. I bought 6 games. The good news there is that they were purchased with GCCs and as BOGOS and with PCCs. So they didn't cost me any additional money.
I finished ALICE:BEHIND THE MIRROR and really enjoyed it. I also finished SOLITAIRE DETECTIVE: FRAMED. It was an okay solitaire game but the story was pretty lame. I did have to play several hands quite a few times to get 3 stars. I completed all 120 "sites" with 3 stars. I had hoped to finish MYSTERY OF SARGASSO SEA but didn't get back to it. I finished the demo on a Saturday and was waiting for a BPM to use a PCC.. While I was waiting I got on a SLIDERS streak and got a good bunch of those finished, but I still have over 100 to go.
If the code still works this evening I'll pick up several CEs .

I finished 7 games in July. And I played MC's Castle Challenge during 17 days of te month, so I'm pleased with my progress.
I finished all the Ominous Objects games. So far I've been terrorized by paintings, mirrors, and time pieces. What really stands out to me about these 3 games is that I didn't have to deal with a broken zipper until the 5th chapter of the 3rd game.
In the first game, your character is the husband/father who returns home to find his family missing. In the next 2 games, you play as the now grown up younger daughter. In all the games your helper is the family cat, Mr Jenkins. Puzzles were a mixed bag, but I found the hidden object scenes tricky.
I'm not sure what I want to play next.

I finished Mystery P.I. - The Lottery Ticket. Does that game look dated. Incredible junk piles of hidden objects, some of which are very well hidden indeed. Graphics are no way as clear and as crisp as games are now. I think this game might be the first to include 'collectibles'.
I have 3 more Mystery P.I. games to play. Next I'll play the Vegas Heist. I'm glad I decided to work on these games. They fit in very nicely with the Castle Challenge that is going on in MC.
