Re: The Chat Lounge

You can have some of our heat, Fudge.  It's 4 PM, and according to accuweather.com, the temperature is 88, but thanks to the humidity and sun, it feels like 116, and even in the shade, it feels like 106.

Re: The Chat Lounge

It's been 23 - 35 C here (low 80s to low 90s).  Only a couple of days have been really horrible because of humidity.  The heat and humidity will be building through the week.  I have a friend who lives in Vienna and he's had low to mid 30s.  Of course since it's a city with all that concrete it seems hotter.  I'd love some of your rain FudgeChi.  We're at least 10 cms (4 ") below where we should be for rainfall.

Oh.  And 40 C is much too hot!

Re: The Chat Lounge

Well, it's 5:30 am here and it's 78, feels like 85 with 85% humidity and high is 98. Rest of week is 99 +.  We got some rain Sunday and it's almost unbearable to be outside.  I'm getting a few Roma tomatoes but the leaves are all withered and tried cucumbers but got nothing but pretty flowers and big drooping leaves.  This is pretty normal for Oklahoma but I do believe global warming is having a change on temps/rainfall.

Thank you for the bit of sun you all sent me today I'm sending rain back in return!

You could tell how cold I was last night, I was shivering so much that my post was full of typos!

Re: The Chat Lounge

How I hate Windows 10 let me count the ways.  My graphics driver can not up date.  My printer doesn't work.  and now my Norton won't work.  I've had to uninstall to reinstall and now it says I have no available licenses.  well it is the same one so I obliged and deleted one to transfer and still it won't allow it.  Now I'm twiddling my thumbs waiting for an online chat with them and the estimated time is 29 minutes.

Re: The Chat Lounge

Now I'm playing cards while waiting and a screen pops up saying my current Norton is not compatible.  Weird considering I uninstalled it and it is no longer listed in my programs

Re: The Chat Lounge

Now it has run through installing it all on its lonesome.  wouldn't scan, then would.  Installed and done.  Graphics updater disappeared.  reload and finally update drivers.  and now I can print.  Lovely thank you Windows 10 for the frustration and waste of my time.  PS I hung up on the Norton chat.  If my games don't work tonight I will have to kill someone.
