Re: Finish your games challenge - 2016

The Midnight Calling series is an offshoot of the free-to-play game Midnight Castle

As for customer service, they're going to have to throw a hell of a lot of CE coupons at me if they are looking for an easy fix to my problem.

Haven't heard from them yet.  Since it's a billing problem, I didn't expect a resolution on Saturday or Sunday, that department probably works 9-5 Mon-Fri, but they better get back to me today.

While I wait, I've been playing Nonograms: Wolf's Stories.  My little grey cells are getting quite a workout.  I've completed 80 levels and haven't used a single hint.

Tirama...I got my fingers crossed for you in spirit.

I'm still playing Beyond: Light Advent.  I really like this game.  It's about time I play a sci-fi game.  It's taking awhile to finish because I thought I would try hard mode for this game.  No skipping, no hints, no help.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2016

Well, it's been over 72 hours even allowing for Saturday and Sunday off and still no answer.  So I sent another reply to the generated 'response' expressing my displeasure at being overcharged $108 and asking just when I can expect to see a credit posted to my credit card.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2016

It is about time you heard as it's a billing problem, TiramaSue.

Since my last post in this thread I've finished Pahelika: Secret Legends, Pahelika: Revelations, Azada in Libro PE and Celtic Lore: Sidhe Hills.

The Pahelika ones were a bit strange, I preferred the 2st of them. I had played the SE version of Azada in Libro so thought I'd play the CE but the bonus game play was very short.
I didn't like Celtic Lore at first but pleased I kept going as I rather enjoyed it.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2016

It will be a week tomorrow.  If I haven't heard from them by 3PM my time tomorrow, I'm sending them one last e-mail informing them that they've got 24 hours to resolve the issue.  If they fail to meet that deadline, I'm filing a complain with the Better Business Bureau.

I don't blame you, TiramaSue. It's beyond ridiculous. What gets me is that they still advertise with:"The Best Customer Service. Guaranteed!"

Hope it can get resolved without the BBB Tirama.  It's beyond ridiculous that essentially nothing has happened.

I just heard back from BF.   The matter has been resolved to my satisfaction.

I'm really glad for you Tirama!

Darn it!  I finished BOOK OF LEGENDS and enjoyed it.  It said "stay tuned fior the second entry".  Since it was an old game (2008) I guess I won't be seeing it.   I relly would have liked to play it.  Pretty easy iHOG, but fun.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2016

I looked up Monument Valley but they wanted $3.99.  I'm around level 160 out of 200 on Silver Tale.  Quests have slowed to a trickle and I have everything I need for them so they're completed immediately.  Can't really get myself in a HOPA mood although I did download some of Fudge's favorites.  I have Funpass coupons expiring soon, don't know what I'll get, maybe the NY Mysteries because I like those, although M3s have more replay value to me.

No matter how much I complain, I'm grateful for all I have.
