I finished the first 4 chapters of Grim Tales: The Vengeance Collector's Edition. Feels good to be playing a HOPA again after a month of just playing free-to-play and Tales of Lagoona.

Fudge...I found it, thanks. I had to be signed in to see it. It looks good and I liked what I saw.
SH vs JtR is from BFG. It is a LFA game and can be bought with a pcc. Which is what I did.
I have Tearstone, but always seem to pass it over when looking for a game to play. I don't know why though.

Pleased you found it, Sun. I never realised it was a members only one! Tearstone is worth playing but tricky to know where to go next. If ever I join up to BFG again then I'll get the SH vs JtR game then. Maybe it will come onto GH before then!
Finished Alabama Smith in Escape from Pompeii and Alabama Smith in the Quest of Fate today. I had started the Pompeii one yesterday and I like it quite a lot. The Quest of Fate wasn't quite so good as they introduced HOS with invisible (to me eyes!) things to find. There's an alternative ending but I'm not playing it again to get it. If it had been Pompeii I would gladly have played it twice.

April was another dismal month for me. I completed NO new games. I replayed a few, but I don't count those. I bought 6 games. I didn't pay anything for them except for my monthly GCC. And I got some SEs with PCCs.

My niece and her new hubbie left last week and I've been taking it really easy, just watching TV and actually managing to play some games! I've played:
Chateau Garden - a bubble popper game with tiles instead of bubbles, with 3 or 4 different types of gameplay. I finished it and then, having got only 1 star for most of the levels - dome of the levels are hard! - I went back and started replaying all those levels with less then 3 stars and only finished the last level this morning. So I finally got 3 stars on all 80 levels! The second hardest was level 3! A tutorial level! It took me ages to get 3 stars on that, only getting them all when I finally realised that I had to put the brown tile on the right, not on the left, which meant that I needed only 3 tiles and not 4 to get 3 stars. I liked it so much that I got it with a PCC. But, unfortunately, I couldn't have the garden I wanted but I think mine looked pretty good. Now I've gone way over the top and have gold everywhere.
Labyrinths of the World: Changing the Past CE - Domini Games - loved the main game! Not so enamoured with the bonus game, but it was a nice length. Can't go back to find any collectibles you missed (3 types and the ma didn't show that I'd missed any so I'm not happy at all about that). Major problems with the extras. Recommendation: SE but CE if you love collectibles and don't mind the problems. More when I post a proper review.
Vampire Legends: The True Story of Kisilova PE - liked it, especially as it's based on a true story. A long bonus but not enough extras to recommend CE, only bonus, which isn't necessary, and some photos of current Kisilova (not so interesting) and a couple of interviews (very interesting and lots of info but not enough to get the CE). I got the SE from BFG but played GH's PE. This is, apparently, their last PC game. They're going over to the dark side like so many other developers, and will be making mobile games from now on. More when I post a proper review.
Mystery of Sargasso Sea - Germanica Head Games - started out great with great atmosphere, but it's HOS after HOS after HOS, which are all the same - lists with a couple of interactions - and most are replayed. 41 HOSs versus 23 MGs. Very long game for an SE (6:10:21 - the game is timed for you) in an interesting location (a ship graveyard) but way too many list HOSs for me with no variety, so I ended up just using the Hint to get around. But I'm glad I played it and glad I got it - I've always been fascinated by the Sargasso Sea and you get a little bit of information about it in the beginning of the game. More when I post a proper review.
Living Legends: Bound By Wishes CE - 4 Friends Games - I really liked it, with collectibles and morphs, as well as a long bonus chapter, but I only recommend the SE (unless, of course, you like all the collectibles, etc) as the SE ends very well and all the HOPs in the bonus game are simple lists with fewer and fewer interactions, and the last one had none. You can replay the HOPs and MGs but they're not timed, no stars, nothing. You can go back to find missed flower collectibles (if you find them all you get to play an extra HOS with 69 objects) but you can't go back to find any missed morphs. More when I post a proper review.
I've been playing some different M3s as well over the past couple of months, mainly while I've been watching TV, and I'll let you know about those later, as well, when I feel up to it.

I have the SE of Kisilova from BFG, too; I plan on playing the CE from GH for Halloween. I liked the SE all right.
The BFG crowd is going to be bitching when 2 TM/Building CEs come out this month, they're all upset if even one comes out and they can't understand why a TM should be a CE. GH is releasing the Weather Lord one this month, also. They just released Redemption Cemetery Salvation of the Lost. I don't think I have it, if I do it's not the CE so I intend on playing that next.

I played Cadenza, Night in Havana. Yes it was quite easy but I find this series very enjoyable. Great graohics and atmosphere as well as music. Except one song replayed far too often and became annoying. It was short and I'd say the SE would do it. The bonus chapter was meh and unnecessary to the main game.
I started 7 Roses but I am having a hard time of it. On my computer the cursor is pretty finicky and the graphics really muddy. I got up to the wizards house part and put it aside for now. (umm why am I fixing a bbq? And I have to say the characters and their attire seem totally disconnected from each other)
I started Sable Maze Forbidden Garden CE. Quite enjoying it.

BF did it again. Another super sale linked to a CE I don't want to buy. So it looks like no new games for me this month. If this keeps up, I actually might Finish My Games!
I finished Grim Tales: The Vengeance Collector's Edition and have completed the first 4 chapters of Grim Tales: Color of Fright Collector's Edition. I liked the storyline of Vengeance better than that of Color of Fright.
I'm very confused as to how some of the characters are related to each other and the developer seems just as confused. In Color of Fright, they refer to John when they mean James, and vice versa.

7 Roses won't be to everyone's taste, Oscar. I didn't much like it at first and then I got really hooked in it. I liked the puzzles.
I've had a funny couple of days. I played Alice in Wonderland, not bad but not good.
Then I was playing Amanda Rose: The Game of Time and got about 3/4 of the way through from what I can judge when I got to what apparently is a well known glitch for some people and you can't move on from it. I was quite enjoying it too but not enough to start again and see if I got the glitch again on a different profile.
Then I played Amber’s Tales: The Isle of Dead Ships PE which constantly kept crashing almost every time I changed locations! It was good enough for me to stick with it and finish it though.
Thankfully I've found a really good game now called Amulet of Dreams which I'm loving. Good long game too but I should finish it tomorrow. I'll have to see what else the Devs have made.
