Re: Finish your games challenge - 2016

I acquired Incredible Zoo (TM) with an expiring FP credit.  Even though I've already finished it I really liked it.  It was easy, lol.  If you lost a level you still got to keep your money towards upgrades so eventually you'll pass the level.  You could also carry money with you to the next zoo.    Does anybody know any other easy TMs like that?
I'm also playing Beyond: Light Advent.  I always forget to look for the morphs in the HOs, and I've missed a few collectibles so far, too.  This game gets an A+ from me just because they came up with an explanation for the jump map lol.  The alien gave us crystals so we can jump to places and get there immediately.  I love it!

No matter how much I complain, I'm grateful for all I have.

I finished Mystery Castle: The Mirror’s Secret PE and  Mysteries of the Mind: Coma PE

What resolution are you guys playing Clutter on, it's huge on my screen and I can't press any buttons, all are off screen.

ETA: Oh, it's OK, it's because I had large scale font selected. Oh, not OK after all. Size is OK but the cursor won't work in the screen!

FudgeChi -- I wish I could help but I'm computer challenged.   I know just enough to get in trouble.  In the middle of playing CLUTTER V my old square monitor died.  I switched to a rectangular monitor (not a huge one) and didn't have any problems playing the game.  I don't even know how to figure out what resolution it's using.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2016

Fudge - my laptop is set for 1920 x 1080.  Under control panel > personalization > display, I have checked 'medium - 125%' and Let me choose one scaling level for all my displays' is also checked.  (My OS is Win8.1, I have no idea where you would to adjust things on a Mac).

Lily - if you right click on your desk top, it should bring up a window that includes the words screen resolution.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2016

Thanks Tirama.  I right clicked and I got a window that included "personalization".  That did have a monitor setting.  It has my new monitor listed.  Resolution is 1090 x 768 (or something close).  It's too late to mess around with the settings now.  I will try it when I have more time.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2016

Thanks ladies On my Windows part I'm 8.1 TiramaSue. Set it up like yours. Works great for another game I was having problems fitting it in my screen with but, alas, still no cursor in Clutter. I did look at the BFG forum for it and it seems many have that problem! I probably wouldn't like the game anyway!

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2016

There's a Fear for Sale CE out today and no reviews yet.  When I go to some of the older games and see pages and pages of reviews and threads it just makes me sad at what happened to the Pond.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2016

I played Forgotten Riddles: The Moonlight Sonatas today, thoroughly enjoyed it, a nice change. That was the one I couldn't fit in my screen.
After that I started Enlightenus and I'm loving it.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2016

I finished the last two games on my challenge list - European Mystery: Flowers of Death Collector's Edition and Mystery Mosaics.  I'm going to play the Dark Romance games next.  Hope I can finish all three before Midnight Castle starts the Spring event.
