Tirama -- I didn't buy anything. I do have several games that I want but I just didn't feel the need. I will get a few sometime.

There were a few I wanted, but I know some others that I want even more will be released soon, so even though DH told me to get some, I decided to wait. Just hope there's another Super Sale next month. If not, I'll keep playing what I already own, and buy 20 the next super sale.

Now that they're having that kind of sale, it really is the way to go, imo. Of course you end up with a ton of PCCs, so it takes some planning, but you only need to buy once or twice a year.
When we had that 1/2 price GCC sale so long ago I spent around $100 and got 30 some of them, and I've been coasting on them ever since. Now I"m out of them and the Gamehouse Funpass makes me happy enough, especially since they're offering older BFG games. In the upcoming games they have several listed that I don't own and several that I have the SE of and haven't played, so I'll get to play the CE version.
GH has a neat feature I haven't noticed before. They have a rotating banner like BFG does on their homepage and one of the screens tells me that I have Credits expiring in 10 days, how cool is that. I'm a headliner, lol.

Now I have a 2 month Fun Pass Loving it and thanks for the help and advice, Wendy
Started Lost Lands: The Four Horsemen CE yesterday and finished it today, enjoyed it quite a lot.
Now I've started The Last Dream after reading back through this thread. LOVE it too! Just finished the road sign puzzle and had the same brainwave after a while of struggling. I've also downloaded Dying for Daylight to play next.

Glad you're liking it, FugeChi. I think I started with a 1 month or 2 wk free trial and I didn't get a free game credit, but you're doing buy one month get one free so maybe you will get at least 1 game credit. And if you do feel like buying a game to own, remember to use the coupon code "Favorite". It takes the price of an SE from $5.99 to $2.99, so it's like having a Daily Deal on whatever game you want, any time you want. And members only need 4 punches to fill a card. I usually use my credits on M3, TM, or holiday games, I don't seem to replay many HOPAs.
I just tried the first level of a new GH M3 called Super Glove Hero. I've never seen anything like it, and it seems waaaay too hard for my little brain. It's not really M3, blocks fall down from the top. They have 4 colored sides and you get rid of the blocks by matching the colors on the sides. You can rotate the block (in place) all directions, even diagonal, to get the sides to match. They disappear once matched. I think you have so many blocks you have to match before they get to the top.

FudgeChi -- I LOVED DYING FOR DAYLIGHT.

Fudgechi...I just got done playing Dying for Daylight in December. Great game!
I had a actual laugh out loud moment while playing Sherlock Holmes vs Jack the Ripper. Danny who is a lady of the evening in Whitechapel is standing on the street corner in front of the police station. She, also hates cats, but loves perfume. So, Holmes who wanted to created a disturbance outside the police station so he could lure out the policeman and sneak in, gave Danny a perfume bottle filled with valerian, who in turned sprayed it all over herself. Meanwhile, he got some young boys to gather up as many cats that they could find in the neighborhood and let them loose near Danny. Needless to say that the cats made a beeline to Danny who was twisting & turning and howling & screaming and of course, the policeman came running out of the station to see what was up and Holmes was able to sneak in. Danny made quite a sight with all the cats all over her.
SH vs JtR is a pretty good game. I'm liking it. Some of the puzzles are a bear to do. No instructions so need to look them up in a walkthrough to understand.

Sunshine, I'm pretty sure Jack the Ripper has a built in strategy guide, have you found it yet? At least mine did. If memory serves it gives one hint at a time, like the Universal Hint System website. I can't remember if it was much help with puzzles, though. I like adventure games but anymore I give up too easily and look at the walkthrough.

Thanks for reminding me about Favourite, Wendy. I'd forgotten already! Just got to spell it right!!!!
Finished The Last Dream this afternoon and absolutely LOVED it. Everything about it was enjoyable. I was so engrossed in the story that it sent tingles down my spine. And the cat..LOL...too cute in his scuba gear! Hope they get some more games by these Devs on GH.
On with Dying for Daylight now. Funny!
That Sherlock games sounds good, sunshine!

I tried Nonogram Wolf Stories and I it! It is no comparison to the Fantasy Mosaics. I do like those and play them, but only own a few because, at the risk of having virtual tomatoes lobbed at me I find them fairly easy and very much the same. I definitely couldn't play Wolf Stories while watching tv.
I finished Obscure Legends Curse of the Ring last night. While it was short, probably 2.5hrs for me it was fun to play. Lots of little puzzles to sort thru with a range of difficulty but nothing very hard. Nice little stories, coins to find and a parrot to help occasionally in this shipwreck story.
