I'm never going to make a dent in my unplayed games, let alone finish them.

I just finished Mystery Trackers: Nightsville Horror Collector's Edition. Main story wasn't bad, didn't care that much for the bonus chapter. And I didn't like how you have to replay some of the hidden object scenes and puzzles AND do them fast enough and/or without wrong clicks (it's not clear just what is the criteria to get a star) before you can unlock some of the material.
I'll download Mystery Trackers: Winterpoint Tragedy Collector's Edition tonight and start it tomorrow.

Holly: A Christmas Tale Deluxe (12/12) Cute game, lots of HOS, STD, puzzles (B-)
3 Cards To Dead Time (12/15) Liked 1st game better, strange story/graphics (C+)

Time Dreamer (12/19) Short but enjoyable game. Time travel mystery, weird looking bad guy (B)

Reincarnations: Uncover the Past CE (12/28) OK game, get girl out of asylum. Story hard to follow (B)
The Treasures of Mystery Island: The Gates of Fate (01/04) Longgg game, lots of puzzles, some hard. (C)

Think I'm going to play a current game next ~ The Last Dream since many of you have played and seemed to enjoy.

My story is I'm stockpiling for retirement so I have to have enough games to last me until I'm 100.
There were new terms of service on my Game Manager and being the nerd I am, I skimmed through them. It seems they added a lot of provisions about "virtual" items.

That's all well and good Wendy, but I AM retired. What's my excuse?

Hi wendy! I also read the new terms lol they also made a big deal about how you are not allowed to sue them in a class action lawsuit. Made me giggle a little because it makes me wonder if they are been getting sued a lot lately? Who knows.
I just finished Final Cut: Homage CE and I liked it. I'd give it a solid B which is strange since I hated the second one so much. This one was the 3rd in the series. I think I am like 4 games behind and I like to play games in order or at least try to! lol What I don't understand about this series is....IF the lens is sooooo dangerous why doesn't anyone destroy it?? Why does it keep being kept to remind the family of their dad? I get its a game and without this element, there would be no game but common sense says to hit it with a sledgehammer so its beyond all repair and send every single piece to a separate part of the world. Problem solved.
Next up might the The Last Dream as I have heard that one is good too! Or....I might dig into my list of unplayed games. I always try not to play the same developer back to back so I don't get sick of them. I haven't played an ERS game for awhile. I still kind of like the dark tales & haunted legends series. But I do have A LOT of elephant games I need to play. I also have Maze-Subject 360 waiting for me.

I just went to Big Fish and got the Terms of License post. I did read it and noticed the change to Big Fish Games "virtual offerings" being used a lot. I'm guessing there are a lot of unhappy customers with the advent of the casino type offerings but after reading it almost entirely, I'm once again confused as to if we really "own" the games we have purchased and downloaded to our computers. I see that they can block or cancel our accounts for various reasons so does anyone know for sure if we will be able to continue to play them in the future. Tirama, you are our resident expert on all Big Fish financial/legal stuff, what is your opinion re the new Terms of Service?

I finished Timeless: The Forgotten Town...It was pretty good for a game of its type (which is a mysterious robed figure blocking your every move), so I thought I would finish the series off by playing the sequel. Timeless: The Lost Castle. I started it and wasn't into it, so I went with Dark Alleys: Penumbra Motel instead.
I skimmed the Terms of Service, but it is too early in the morning for all that legal jargon.

I googled Big Fish Lawsuit and came up with these two links.
I haven't found any news regarding resolution of the lawsuits, or whether they were thrown out of court.
