Tirama -- The small print said 1/2 off retail.  I just tried it and an SE came up at $4.99 before tax.

Yeah, it said that today, but I could swear when it first appeared at midnight Big Fish Time it was different.  Anyway, I'm glad it's only retail.  I'd prefer to wait for a weekend sale.  Or maybe there will be a midweek super sale, where you pay full price for a CE and can buy other for 4.99.  I'll sacrifice bonus punches for savings.

Tirama, you're not imaging things.  I could also swear that when I checked at midnight it said half off ... on the left it had $6.99 and $3.49 for members ... and on the right it had $9.99 and $4.99 for non-members.  I wonder when they changed it ...

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2015

Someone was offering PCC codes in the forums the other day, I PMed her and she just sent me 2 codes!!!  One expires the 26th, the other the 30th, so I will have to use them up the next Bonus Punch Day.  It's nice when you like several genres of games, there seem to be quite a few people who only like HOPA CEs and have a hard time using their PCCs.  There's always something I want.  BTW, is there a good Xmas M3?

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2015

I have some other PCCs expiring soon so I will have to get shopping and rejoin soon.  I also have 2 CE coupons to use up.   Bonus Punch Monday today.  If anyone needs to borrow a PCC, let me know.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2015

I'm holding out for a weekend BOGO with bonus punches on a Monday.  I haven't figured out my cards exactly but I have those 2 CE coupons and I got 2 punches Monday for PCCs, Great Wall of China 2 and Key to Ravenhurst.  I'll just rejoin and fill it with PCCs.  What 2 CEs should I get, I got Lost Lands for my other one.  I'm thinking maybe Haunted Hotel The X but the SE is out so I could use a PCC on that.  Maybe the final Final Cut?

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2015

I finished Strangestone.  The HOs had small, blurry objects and the hint button didn't really help you, it mostly just showed you the hotspots in the room.  The map showed where something needed to be done but it wasn't a transport and there were times when there was nothing on the map to do and my hint wasn't telling me where or what to do but I muddled through.  Different sections of the building got shut off, so never more than 5 or 6 rooms at a time.  Not much of a storyline, soul stealing for eternal youth with a minimal amount of effort put into it.  If you already have it, go ahead and play it eventually, but if you don't own it, save your money.  Next up is Christmas Stories: Tin Soldier.  I bought it last year but never got it played.  I'm saving Christmas Carol for last, I thought it was better than Nutcracker.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2015

I finished Fill And Cross Christmas Riddles.  I seem to be a year behind in playing these games.  Noticed that a Christmas themed nonogram game was recently released.  I'll get it with a pcc next Monday and put it aside for next year.

I need to do some mop up work on the last CE I played and then I'll start Christmas Stories: Hans Christian Andersen's Tin Soldier Collector's Edition.  I'm running a year behind in these games too.  Maybe I should have a Christmas in July play session and get caught up.

I've managed to earn 8 of the 9 new Christmas achievements in both my MC games.   Doubtful I'll get the last one, need to many gift boxes and the drop rate is pitiful.  The Christmas event for ART recently started and I was finally able to buy the Christmas decorations.  I've been waiting almost 2 years.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2015

It appears we have a  CE BOGOF  this weekend.

Code:    HAPPY

I just tried the code and it worked, although I'll wait until Monday to see if we have a BPM.

Thanks for the heads up.  I would like to get 10 CE's.  Anybody have any recommendations?
