I just finished True Fear: Forsaken Souls CE and it was definitely worthly of being played for Halloween month. What a game ~ creepy and a bit scary and I thought about you, Wendy, when you said "please don't make me go into the basement". There were lots of times when I had to open a door, reach for something and knew something was going to jump out.
I did have one glitch when I was playing the scene with the railroad train. It started and then seemed to get stuck, could hear the sounds and then there was nothing there for me to do. When I went back to get the operator, he wasn't there so could not restart scene. Checked out the forum and quite a few were having various issues at different parts of the game. Did not see anybody with this particular problem so decided to start over. It went a lot faster since I knew what to do and when I got to the scene, held my breath and it played like it was supposed to. Didn't have any further problems and totally enjoyed everything about the game ~ puzzles, HOS, graphics (gruesome but fit game play and story). Just bummed that it's the 1st of a trilogy and they're still working on it, hopefully.

I've just finished Fantasy Mosaics 11 with all gold stars.
What a disappointment! Same ol' same ol'. Nothing new, nothing different, and all easy peasy. I still love them but I'm glad I have a FunPass so I can play them without having to buy them as they're all the same. I think I've got 3.
I wish they'd change things, like maybe have a real story, or at least have all the pictures fit the theme! And I'm waiting for when they add another colour. I'd love to play them with lots of colours. But, when everything's exactly the same as the one before, how cheap is it for them to churn them out as quickly as possible, only having to do new picture grids and create a different garden. But I didn't even like the garden in this one! It's out in the woods and some things didn't even fit the theme.

I've also recently played Pirate's Solitaire 3 - once again, fun but nothing new.
I'm currently playing Solitaire Stories - The Quest for Seeta. Once again, fun but nothing new ... except for the easy peasy match-2 battles at the end of each group of levels.

However, I've only just noticed that Sweetest Thing was released by BFG last week.
This TM, unlike the other games I've been playing, was great!
It's got crap reviews at BFG but I it. I played it back in July with my FunPass but loved it so much that I got it with one of my credits.
Yes, there are problems with the game, but I still loved it. It starts out really easy but quickly gets hard and you really need strategy to get gold on every level. On some levels the only way to get gold is to work out which areas you don't need to clear. There was no untimed version but the last I heard from GH the developers had listened and given GH an untimed version but at the time I heard it hadn't yet been released by GH. I'm not sure if BFG has an untimed version or not. I reviewed it here back when I played it but had forgotten about it. I especially love the music and downloaded it so I can listen to it whenever I want!
But I think you'd have a sugar overload just by playing it as everything's made out of sugar and lollies (candy) - the entire scene and all the buildings, etc. It looks like it's a game for kids but it's way too hard for them.
I highly recommend Sweetest Thing for anyone who likes Resource TMs, like me!

I've just started Rescue Team V.
I've only played the first 6 levels or so and it's more of the same, but I'm hoping for something different as so far they've always changed each game, adding something new. This time the workers drive up to their home base at the beginning of the level, which I can't remember from any previous games, and I thought it was really cute. They used the car - well, sort of jeep thing - in the first level to rescue some people. I've already had to replay some levels more than once to get 3 gold stars, so it seems to have the normal difficulty level, as well.

I have finished Final Cut 3:Homage CE. I loved it! This was a good old Eipix and was a continue of the previous ones.It was many puzzles, but they were fun. The Making of in the Extras was like a game in their Studio, very fun

Hey, Anki, great minds! ... Just make sure you don't finish that saying!
So, what do you think of all 3? The same as me or the total oppposite?

Oscar and Tirama, how are you two going with Midnight Calling: Anabel? I haven't got it yet and was wondering if you think the CE's worth it or if the SE would be just as good.

I'm just going to get the SE of it when it comes out.
I just used the PCC someone gave me for the newest Hidden Expedition and realized I had one of my own that expired on the 9th!!! Just sent a message to CS, hopefully they will replace it, but they've been so good to me that I won't even complain if they don't. I have a friend that gives me some sometimes, she had a couple that expired and CS wouldn't replace them for her. I told here they were always good to me so she gave me the codes and I wrote in and said a friend gave them to me but they were expired and they replaced them for me. For me but not her, and she only buys CEs!!! Anyway, I did the whole 'mea culpa' thing, should have used it before I went traveling, out of data, blah, blah, blah so hopefully it will get replaced. I"m ready to rejoin when we have a BOGO again, I have a small list of games I want. Oh and today is Bonus Punch Day
