Okay tonight it is. We can chat about what we like and don't which is nice in real time versus I remembers.
lol I do dabble in the dark side with Township, and whenever I get gift cards for my IPad I do buy Township dollars to support the game. I love Township. Anki plays this as well. But it is a happy happy builder.
I did get 10 today on my IPad and I saw they have 11 as well for IPad.
Did you have to restart ART from the beginning? and nice that MC is having an event. We were supposed to get a Township event for the second birthday of it but for some reason it fell thru. But oh well they just gave us a Zoo to populate and build. I do want more buildings and factories though. I wish at times, (I don't want to lose this town I've put a lot to effort in to it), but I would love to start a new one from scratch, but I'd have to have another device.

Yes and no. Thanks to a programming bug, there's a way to restart and keep your coins, gold bars, and collectibles. You lose your building supplies, mini game resources, keepsakes and food and have to start from level 1.
I spent a week preparing for the restart and used my mini game resources to earn more collectibles. After restarting, I was able to redeem collectible sets for building supplies and have most of my buildings in the first 3 areas at the highest level.
Drawback is the quests arrive in a crazy order and you really have to read them and think. There's another bug that makes tools needed to open mini-scenes disappear if you don't use them in the same playing session. People who are impatient and just click on the quests without reading them, and/or click through the character's dilaogue find themselves having to start over again. And again. And again.

I finally finished Enchantia Wrath of the Phoenix Queen. The story got better as it went, although all too familiar, and I wouldn't mind replaying it again someday. The bonus was a short prequel and you could find morphs in some scenes to make the hint recharge faster. Extras weren't really worth the CE price, I would have been just as happy with the SE.
I also finished my first profile in Gunspell. The last fight was ridiculously easy. You can get a matched set of items that help your stats, I didn't even need it. Didn't need my spells, either. It was nicely challenging in the first part and then the fights were too easy. I enjoyed it, though.
I'm still working on Gizmos Spooky Adventure, I do a few before bed. These suckers are pretty hard. I never finish within the time, although I never expect to with this type of puzzle, I don't find it fun trying to do it quickly. I make quite a few mistakes, too, cause I'm doing it in bed and I'm tired and I hit the wrong button or I"m in the wrong row. Not really calculation mistakes, just tired stupid ones. Doesn't matter since I'm not trying for stars or stats, I just talk to the game... Really? Now you know I didn't intend to do that. I'm not that stupid, lol.
I started on the Haunted Hotel series but I only have some of them. I started and finished Charles Dexter Ward today. I liked it alright. The voice acting was very good, there was no map but not a lot of locations so not really needed. The hint told you exactly what to do, I prefer a directional arrow hint so I tried not to use it too often. HOs were straight list with no interaction, not too hard and not too many.
After I finished that I started Haunted Hotel Death Sentence and this one is refering to James the Detective, who wasn't in CDW, so I'm missing an important part of the series. But I guess I really want to save James, so off I go, even though his note told me if I was reading it he was dead. I hope not, I'd really like to meet this James fellow. I also have Eternity and Lonely Dream; I thought Lonely Dream was an earlier one and every time I tried to start it my GM told me I had another game running, it's like it starts it but doesn't get to the actual game. It doesn't show on Task Manager, either. I restarted several times with the same results so I will have to redownload it, and if that doesn't work get a replacement game.
Someone game me a PCC the other day that expires the 15th, I think it is. If anyone needs to borrow one let me know, otherwise I'll use it next week on something, I'm hoping Midnight Castle Anabel or Maze 360 come out as SEs by then.

wendy - the SE of Maze: Subject 360 has already been released.
Haunted Hotel: Charles Dexter Ward was done by Specialbit. After that, Elephant Games made them.
The next one is HH: Eclipse. That's when the series introduced James the detective. Then comes Ancient Bane, Death Sentence, Eternity, and Phoenix.
Another developer did the ones prior to Charles Dexter Ward. I tried to demo them, but they don't seem to want to run on new computers.

Thanks, Tirama. I had wondered about the developer because I thought Elephant was doing them now. I run hot and cold on Elephant games, I like Surface and Christmas Stories, don't care for Mystery Trackers and most of their various "Legend" series. I'm liking Death Sentence so far, just hoping there's not a ton of typical Elephant backtracking.

I have an affection for the Haunted Hotel games. Although James as per is always in trouble or perhaps dead and makes you do all the leg work I look forward to him popping up.
Tirama how are you liking Midnight Calling? I played it night before last up thru the first mini lock puzzle. I finished Questerium yesterday and quite enjoyed it. So it will be back to Midnight.

oscar - according to the stategy guide, I've played the first two chapters and made it to the Castle. I get a kick out of seeing objects that appear in the free-to-play game, such as those blood lotuses and what this game called wolf's eyes looked a lot like MC's murderer's eyes.
I'm wondering if this will be a new series with each game giving the back story of one of the characters.
Hoping to play some more tomorrow.
My free-to-play games have been keeping me busy. I've become the go-to person in the ART forum for advice on restarting games. Must say the posters and lurkers have rallied around me and send friend requests and lots of keys (which translates into lots of food for energy) to help me work my way back to where I was.
In MC, I won a tournament - prize 100 diamonds - and I'm waiting for the special Halloween quests to make their appearance.
Need to spend some time with Greg and AK.

I finished Haunted Hotel Death Sentence, I'm on a roll here. I preferred Charles Dexter Ward to this one. I did get to save James and I have to admit, he's quite a hottie. spending my teenage years in the 70s I still like long hair and I always get mad when hubby shaves his off. Anyway, I thought the last scene where you have to escape from the burning hotel was really good, it was so different. So I'll probably continue on with the Haunted Hotels, I have Eternity left, and the other one that messes up my computer when I try to play it.

I have finished:
Alice's Patchwork. It was rather fun but hard. I have to be satisfied with 2 keys, I only managed to get 3 on the first 10 levels.
Fantasy Mosaics 10. They are always fun!
Beyond- Light Advent CE. It was very fun and I loved the 1950s settings!
Amaranthine Voyage- The Obsidian Book CE. It was very fun and I liked the puzzles.
I demoed the last one and didn¨t like it at all...
Vacation Adventures :Cruise Director 2. Just a straight HOG and only played because of the FunPass.
