Wendy, if you have your tablet with you, you could always try Gummy Drop, a FTP M3.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2015

I think I was going to try it but you had to be connected to the internet at all times, like Midnight Castle.  That's okay if I'm playing on my desktop with unlimited, or able to use wi-fi,  but I like to control my prepaid internet.
I'm  not getting into Cadenza as much as the first one.  I'm also playing Mystery of Unicorn Castle PE from Gamehouse, it's the second in the series.  Not really getting into that one, either.  It has pumpkins to collect.  Maybe it's just my mood right now, cause I played Island Tribe in just a few sittings even though I wasn't liking it, guess I'm just not in the HOPA mood.

No matter how much I complain, I'm grateful for all I have.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2015

I think I've finished 65 levels of  Mosaic: Game of Gods.  I also replayed Awakening:  The Dreamless Castle and have just started replaying Awakening:  Moonfell Wood.   I'm playing on the easiest setting and taking my time to ready everything that pops up and that gets put in the journal.

Had to laugh at Mira during the tutorial when she explained hidden object scens "You know what they say - one goblin’s junk is another fairy’s treasure."

It's fun replaying the games and seeing which characters, objects and places made it into Awakening Kingdoms.  Only just realized that the carrier pigeon Valentine's Day collectible in ART first made it's appeance in Dreamless Castle.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2015

I thought I was replaying the first one and then towards the end it asked me to put scenes from the first three games in order, turned out I was playing Skyward Castle, instead of Dreamless Castle, lol.  It's really trippy to replay them now and see what a really great job they did on AK.  I don't have Dreamless Castle on my laptop so I've been debating on whether to replay Moonfell and Goblin or just move on to Sunhook Spire, which I haven't played yet.  What do you think?

I would go with Moonfell and then Goblin.  Sunhook Spire is happeneing at the same time you're a steward in AK so I wouldn't expect to see that much carried over into AK.

In Moonfell, you see the magic cards set collectibles and candles that resemble Triffledore's musical magical candles that open Yura's shrine in the Forgotten Glen.  And the Pocket Dragon makes his first appearance.

Sunhook Spire is the last one I've played, and I didn't like it as much as Skyward.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2015

The Skyward Castle had some of the puppets and the Wing Ferry and when I had to fix a quilt it was the same as Faheeds mini game.
I've been trying to finish Unicorn Castle and it's the game that just won't end, and that's using the transporter map that tells you where the action is, if you just wandered around it really would take forever.  I don't like the HOs, they're very hard on my eyes, the items are hard to distinguish at first and everything is grey.  The whole game is grey now that I think about it.  I don't know why I'm torturing myself.

And the tent you go into to fix the quilt is the building that Fahleed takes over.  And of course, in Skyward Castle is where you first meet Mr Vanderkins.  And get to see Captain Gregory in his underwear.

In Moonfell Wood, I just met the Forester.  We wants to play Tripeaks.  Now I knw why Sophia took off and wanted somebody else to take over a while.  She just couldn't face playing Tripeaks any more.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2015

I finished Legends of the East: The Cobra's Eye...It wasn't a bad game.  The length was decent and the story and game play were okay.  The middle seemed to drag at times, but the end kept me interested.  It won't be one of my top ten games nor is it one of my bottom ten.  Just a decent average game.

I started on Puppetshow: The Price of Immortality.  I LOVE this game.  It has been so much fun to play and the story has kept me interested.  The puzzles have been really good and since I have been playing it a few nights already,  it seems long to me.  I just have the SE so I hope the ending won't be abrupt like it sometime is with ERS games.

For the holiday BOGO sale  I had a hard time picking.  I decided to go with two small time game developers to help them out.  I used a credit on Beyond the Invisible: Evening and I Know a Tale

That left 1 punch to go on my card and since today is a BP day, I am getting Queen's Tales: Sins of the Past with a pcc.  For one thing I think ERS is starting to pick up their game.  I absolutely love the latest Puppetshow and for another I have the first one.  Queen's Tales: The Beast and the Nightingale.

I hope everyone in the USA  had a good holiday over the weekend.  I had a super one and bonus 3 days off of work.

sunshine -  looking at teh artwork, it does appear that ERS has picked up their game.   Do you have all the Puppetshow games?  Is it necessary to have played all of them for the latest to make sense?  The kast one I played was Destiny Undone.
