I finished The Emptiness. It was a very different game, so nice change of pace from the usual. It is not for players who don't like to be startled. There was a lot of help in the forums in case you couldn't find something. Locojet was the one who helped me when I needed it. Thanks locojet! I was almost done before I shelved it for 2 months and got it back out last night to finish it. Ending gives you 2 choices so either you get a bad ending or a good ending by what you choose in the game. I got the good ending.
I remember Grimville gave me a bad ending by my choices throughout the game. I think sometime I'll need to replay that one again. I really didn't like my ending. LoL

I had considered getting The Emptiness. I love to be startled. I just downloaded the trial, I think it was the whole game so if I get it with a PCC I'll be able to play it over the summer.
It's going to kill me when True Fear comes out if I won't be able to download it.
I'm just logging into FTPs for the daily bonus and playing Queen's Garden 2 M3. I bought it Monday so I'll have to start it over on my laptop, I've been playing relaxed so maybe when I start again I'll try the timer. I like that you get a bonus for making a match of 6, 3 going horizontal and 3 vertical. It's a great bonus, too, it's a hummingbird that you swap with any matching tile and then it takes out all they tiles of the type you swapped it with. I was thinking it was taking out random levels and then read in the forum it's specifically the one you swap with, what an awesome bonus!!!

Well I just gave a customer service rep a bad rating. I'm having problems with the Awakening Kingdoms game on my iPad. Every freaking time BoomZap issues an update, it messes up old material and makes it a PITA for new players.
My problem is a display issue. The screen hasn't changed to reflect that I repaired the pillars. I got credit for the quest, but the broken pillar is still laying across the stairs.
The CSR tells me to totally power off my iPad and then turn it on again to see if that fixes things. Nope.
Next I'm supposed to update my operating system because their games run best with the latest OS. (That's not what I've heard on the forums, but what the heck). Updating the OS doesn't solve anything.
Next I'm supposed to make sure I've got the latest version of the program. Well, of course I have. When there's an update, the program tells you as soon as you sign on. In addition, I've got things set so that the game is automatically updated from the app store without me doing anything.
But what really got me was this clown telling me to check for an update to GUMMY DROPS. BF is obsessed with Gummy Drops. It's all they talk about on their idiotic videos. It's all they post about on Facebook. They've got people visiting various cities in the US shilling for Gummy Drops. Nobody at Big Fish seems to have time for anything else but Gummy Drops.

I finished a HOPA! Finally. Death and Betrayal in Romania: A Dana Knightstone Novel Collector's Edition. I have to say that I wasn't feeling the love for this game. I'm sure playing it over such a long time frame didn't help. It just seems to me that BoomZap's games just aren't what they used to be. Which is a shame, because the storyline was good, unfolding as you went along. But there were too many puzzles that had me scratching my head and all the startegy guide had to say was "The solution is random." Is that developer speak for "We can't solve it either"?
Not sure which HOPA to play next.

I was looking at GH, two TMs released today, and at the top of the page it said I had 1 credit. Pressed the button, it took me to my account page where it said

So is this the monthly Funpass coupon under a different guise? With a longer expiration date? I started on 10/22. I also have a coupon from filling a card but I did that several days ago, so I don't think this is that reward coupon.

I heard back from BF customer service. They sent me a coupon for a free SE game because they can't do anything about my issues with my iPad free-to-play game.
Usual song and dance we've been getting on the BoomZap free to play games. Need to wait for an update for the bugs to be fixed. BF doesn't know when that will be.
Meanwhile BoomZap keeps saying that when new games and updates are released is entirely up to BF. BoomZap won't even answer yes orno when asked if they are still making HOPAs. They keep parroting the same message about everything being up to BF. Yet if a question is asked about one of their mobile devices games that are sold through googleplay, they can tell you that yes, they are working on an update.

Tirama -- At least you heard back from CS. I sent in an email almost a week ago and haven't gotten anything except the automated email.
I finished THE CHRONICLES OF EMERLAND SOLITAIRE and absolutely loved it! What a wonderful game!

Tirama -- It never fails. I whine about something and *poof* the next thing I know it's taken care of. I checked my email before I posted about CS. After dinner I checked again and I got a reply and two regular coupons. Of course the explanation was that they expired 60 days TO THE MINUTE from when they are issued. The only problem there is that there is no TIME on the coupon, only the date. I pointed that out to the CS rep in my reply.
