Tirama -- There was a post at BFG about the Spring Quests disappearing. The suggestion was to make sure the time and date on your computer clock was correct. Apparently the person had had a brief power outage. Resetting the clock brought the quests back.
Mila -- I just finished my 10th quest.

lilyr - It was back this morning. It wasn't my system clock. This game is as unstable as nitroglycerin.

I just finished evening up my collections, can't stand the thought of playing anymore. I should get back in there and cash out collections at one point, you have to be online to do that. May as well have them liquidated where I can get to them at any time. With this game I don't care about my daily log in, I have so much money and it's so easy to earn more. In AK I need my log in money. I don't really care about any of them anymore, though, maybe I'll be checking out some of the others. Or playing my Funpass games.

I've cashed in 100 collections for 1000 gold bars. Have at least 50 more collections to turn in. May try for another 50.
I've used the coins I've earned to finish buying everything listed under decor in all the towns and the antique shop. Guess I'll use any additional money earned to start buying all the customizations available.

Tirama -- I don't think it's the game that's unstable. I think BFG isn't gibing it as much server space as it needs. Of course with the Event and this being a weekend it probably got more action than it had in a number of weeks.
I'm going to hold on to some of my collections. I have a sneaky suspicion that the Pirate Event might involve us losing our gold and quests designed to get it back. I may not be able to play in September so I want to hold some sets in reserve.

The day they take our gold is the day I quit playing this game. I really can't see them doing that, though. People scream loud enough about quests that make them use their gold to buy food. Or pets. Or clothing for the pets.
I wish they'd make some of my logs, bricks, and paint disappear.

Love it. The last day to earn gold from the collectibles and all I get is Log In Failed.
And before anybody tells me I can play off line, just let me point out that if you don't have the spring event banner at the bottom of your screen, the spring collectibles do not appear in the hidden object scenes or mini games.
So, yes, I can play and waste my resources but what would be the point?

The site seems okay now. I finished the last 2 Event quests before the game went wonky. But there wasn't any reward (that I saw) for getting 17/17. I just went in a bit ago and got the plushies. I may do a few more before the Event ends. Does the parrot always show up or is that only during the Event too?

What I posted on BF:
Last year, there were a lot of people who never received all the Valentine quests and consequently never got the final V-day achievement. I think the achievements were structured differently for this event (not needing to complete all the quests to get all the achievements) to avoid that problem.
Nothing special happened last year when we completed 17 quests. I wouldn't look for anything special to happen this year.
What we had to accomplish to get rewards can be viewed by clicking on the spring event clock at the bottom of the page. Or as Porky Pig said: Th-th-th-that's all folks!

I did my final quests just to do them. I can't face another Wyoming, I have enough gold, probably like 1500, can't see that I would need any more.
