I got a CE coupon in response to my second angry email to BFG about them having the BPM again on Monday.  So I got a CE and SE coupon and I didn't even have a punch card and wasn't a member at the time.  Maybe they're not so bad after all.  It's the one that expires the 19th or so

Has anybody had the Game Manager disappear on them?  It's happened several times to me.  The icon will show on my desktop but when I press it nothing happens and when I try to download it won't open it up and d/l either.  I have to uninstall it and then reinstall it.

I'm trying to decide what to use my CE coupon on. I've narrowed my choices to the latest of

Bridge to Another World

I will eventually get the SEs of all these but does anyone have an opinion of which would be the best in CE form?  

I've played FACEs but don't really remember it but I'm pretty sure I liked it ok.  I'm surprised you haven't heard from GH, it seems to me they've been getting a little better, but I haven't been there long enough to really know.  I do know I wish they'd change their discount games, I have 4 punches so need 2 more by May, I can buy that Chef game but all the rest I already own.  I think there might be a cheap one that I own from BFG so I'll get that for 59cents if all else fails.  I was going to get a PE that I have the SE version of at BFG but they raised the price on it, so that's a no go.
Somebody had posted that they had 34 game credits they weren't using, I PMed them and they sent me one but I wasn't sure if it was a PCC or a GCC code so I used it right away.  I got the punch so it was a GCC but I'm still glad I used it because if the original owner uses any they have no choice in which they use, it just comes off the top (or bottom, don't know) of their GCCs unless they type in the code.  I got Hero of the Kingdom 2 with it.  I have some M3 trials downloaded, they're small usually so the whole game downloads, then when I buy games during the summer I buy those and I can play them without having to download.  No way am I downloading a HOPA with prepay internet.  I hate using Verizon, they're so expensive, but they have the best reception for traveling around like I do.

Sunshine, of the current 12 discounted games at GameHouse, only 3 are actually discounted.  Of the other 9, 1 can only be played with a FunPass, not bought, 1 is full price, not discounted, 3 others are full price but aren't available anyway, and 4 are no longer even available at GH!  I've written to them, asking that they either stop the discounted games totally, or that the games they offer are actually discounted and still offered by GH!  The ones still available and discounted are:

Origins - Elders of Time
Lost Lands - Dark Overlord Platinum Edition

I actually bought this recently for 59 cents (using the FAVORITE code), played it, and loved it!

Good luck with hearing from them!  I have the impression now that they only reply if they feel like it, not replying to anything they don't want to. 

A couple of weeks ago there was a quick survey when you opened game pages, asking what your experience with GameHouse was like (or something like that), with dots on a scale from very unsatisfied to very satisfied.  I gave them a negative feedback, clicking on a dot below halfway (which was neutral).  I just wish we'd been able to actually give them feedback.  Things seem to have gone downhill since the old CEO came back sometime last year.  Maybe he's trying some cost-cutting measures.  If so, I think he's actually alienating the members.
