Looks like I'll be buying even fewer games now. Unless I check every day and just happen to luck into a BP day. Didn't they change the bonus punch for a PCC to BPM at the end of a month too?

I have 3 punches that I was going to use PCCs to fill today, only to find out that BFG has done it to us once again. 



I'm not sure what I'm going to do at the moment.  I'll be waiting until the last minute to see what BFG has to say, or until if and when I get a reply from CS.  I sent them a message as last time anyone who wrote to them complaining about the change was given a PCC to fill the punch card that they couldn't fill.  I actually think it may have been 2 PCCs.  But it was only given to those who'd written to them.  I may use the COLLECT code and get one of the CEs I want to get.  I wasn't going to use that code but it would mean that I'd still get a PCC to counter the $8.99 (although, if I pay using Euro or Aussie $ it's a LOT cheaper as BFG's exchange rate is great for either!).


 

Well, what do ya know?  I still can't find the SE 2FOR1 sale on the BFG game pages but the sale seems to have suddenly appeared as a blog.  It wasn't there when I checked earlier but I'm off to bed now (waaaaaay too late but it's been nice having a bit of time on my own) and I thought I'd just check before I turned my computer off and there it was!  I don't know where it came from but there it was.  So it's now official ... at least in a blog.  No idea why it isn't on the main game pages, at least as far as I can see.

stusue -- Does it help to know that there are a lot of others sharing your pain about no BPM?  Sure they can do what they want but it seems like a poor way to treat your customers (IMO).  Fortunately I don't have any punches.

Lily, I'm not angry or upset about them cancelling BPMs, I'm just further disillusioned about the way they did it - the same way as last time.  On the last Monday of the month. 

I used the COLLECT code to get a CE I wanted to fill my card and will now use the 3 punches I have expiring in the next week to get some SEs.

But I just got a really quick response to my message to CS!  And this time it wasn't sent by any particular CS rep but simply a general message to everyone who wrote to them about it.  However, in getting a general message, I didn't get any of my answers answered.  But that can wait until another day.  Here's the reply:

So I'm fine - I filled my punch card AND got a CS coupon for a CE!  I'm way ahead.  Now I just have to use those expiring PCCs on some SEs without getting any punches ... unless, of course, they have a Bonus Punch Day in the next couple of days.
