Wendy, go back and read the Who's Ball is it?  thread.  Unbelievable.

Re: Midnight Castle by Elephant Games

Geez...  A lot of people seem to forget that these types of games are new and there are bound to be screw ups as it goes along.  There's just regular people like us coming up with all this stuff, you can't think of everything or foresee every possibility.  I'm not going on strike, I"m jonesing to get back to playing.  Hubby didn't connect the desktop, he said, 'well, play on the laptop til tonight"  The laptop game is like level 4!!!  He just doesn't understand.  And I think it's terribly rude to try to start an uprising against a company on their own forums.  I think that bothers me more than anything.  And this person isn't saying just exactly what they're so mad about and wants changed.  And they're pretty darn full of themselves, aren't they?

Wendy - it all started because the fortune wheel was changed for about a week so that every time you entered it, you got different items.  When it was put back the way it has always been, the usual suspects went ballistic.

Yes, the ringleader is pretty full of herself.  Equating her attempt to get people to stop playing for a weekend with the 1960's civil rights movement?  Expecting tv coverage?  Expecting a band to make an appeal during a concert for people to stop playing?  Get over yourself.

Re: Midnight Castle by Elephant Games

Now that I can play quests in ART, MC is very much on the back burner.    All I'm doing is gifting, playing whatever I can of the dq's, and playing the HO scenes that I need to get parts so I can craft the steam mechanism.

I played a lot during Decemeber to get all the Christmas achievements, not quite so much in Januray, but enough that I need a bit of a vacation from it.   Probably won't move either game forward until after I'm done with Valentine's Day in ARTor there's a new update, which ever comes last.

Re: Midnight Castle by Elephant Games

Now I have another Bracelet of Seeing to craft.  After I had like 3 things in a row that needed something out of the Bow Figurine.  It doesn't bother me so much now because I have more places open so I have a lot of HOs I can do while I'm waiting for the area to recharge.  I just figure it will take me a day or two and don't stress about it anymore.

Re: Midnight Castle by Elephant Games

Wait until you have to craft three of those bracelets and three of the ring of irrepressibility all on the same quest.

Re: Midnight Castle by Elephant Games

Well, I just did a reaaaaaallllly nice thing.  I had the 4 hearts I needed for the Bracelet of Seeing, I just needed one of the other items to craft it, and I gave away one of my hearts.  That ought to make Janay's day, it better, anyway.  She had given me 3 items and I hadn't gotten around to her yet, so I'm counting that as total payback.  Do you all consider something really, really nice as payback for several gifts?  I needed 5 items to get that thing.
It was weird, the other day I took down my list but I still got presents for another day or two.
