Finished both the main game and the bonus of Revived Legends Titan's Curse today. It was an okay game. Not the best. Some of the puzzles weren't hard but ridiculously time consuming. I usually ended up skipping them because they were taking too long to do. The bonus chapter was a bit short. It started out strong but them kind of fizzled. The collectibles were okay but there wasn't one in every scene so I always forgot to look for them after a couple that didn't have any. Was a bit disappointed by it overall.
Going to try and start Lost Lands The Four Horsemen after dinner tonight.

I"m like that, Miscatlady, I need one in every scene or else an indication on the map, otherwise I forget to collect them.
I've actually finished Shadow Price of our Sins. Not great but I liked it alright.
I have a couple PCCs to use tomorrow, maybe. My membership ends towards the end of the month, I have a CE coupon I could use or not. If I used them all I could fill a card but there's not really a CE game that I'm dying to get. There are several SEs I want, however, due to the great reviews.
Haunted Hotel Death Sentence...
Vampire Legends Elizabeth Bathory... I'd also like the first game, but I might wait until Halloween
Final Cut Escapade... no hurry, haven't played Homage yet
Danse Macabre Moulin whatever they're calling it now
Reignmaker... M3/rpg/city builder? I'm hoping it's a bit like Puzzle Quest

I finished Fantasy Mosaics 5 a while back. At first, I thought it was me just not being able to concentrate and logic things out, but after I got the good news about DH, I still couldn't totally solve a lot of these puzzles without guessing and I came to the conclusion, it's the puzzles. And it annoys the heck out of me when you have to guess at logic problems.
I'm playing Asian Riddles 3. This series usually involves guess work, but I'm about halfway finished, and less guessing than in Fantasy Mosaics.
The Gizmo series wins for solvability (is that a word?). Absolutely no guessing needed. But trying to beat the time they consider par is a real challenge. If you don't care whether you can earn all the trophies, this is the one to play. Lots of large puzzles (20x20, 25x25, 30x30)
Hope they come out with another one for Valentine's Day.

I have come across very few nanograms where there has actually been a guess involved, when you are down to the last four squares (for eg) where it could be either or in each line. A couple in Christmas fill and cross and a couple in Asian Riddles 2. I am playing Asian Riddles 3 and haven't come across any that couldn't be worked out. I haven't played Fantasy Mosaics, well any of them. I do agree on Gizmos they are good ones I have one more door to go in the first one. Haven't even looked at Halloween or Christmas so I've got lots of solving ahead.

In the end, for me, Shadows Price for Our Sin went on about an hour too long. I did start to get bored with it. I found in the HO scenes you had to do a lot of clicking and I did use the hint, a sign I am getting bored. I did notice this was an 8th Floor game. I'm not used to seeing them do anything else than fill and cross. Off to do a Gizmo puzzle before bed.

From my mouth to God's ear... 2 for 1 SEs today, a Monday. I just have to use 1 GCC and my 2 PCCs and that will fill a card, perfect!

Then it must be me and my brain is still fuzzy from lack of sleep. And I thought I was ready to try a HOPa and I'd be able to concentrate.
Another Fantasy Mosiacs is TGT. On the blurb, it mentions all puzzles solved by logic. So maybe other people complain about the guesswork and the devs listened?

I noticed that as well in the blurb T, I think with these puzzles it's how different people go at them and how your brain works. No way is wrong. I have sat with my mom and watched her and she goes at these things in what my head thinks is totally bass-ackward (yes), totally different method to what I do to solve but she gets there in the end and loves these things. I know she was sad to see the FTP go, she liked that, and I always get her the new ones with a pcc. Although I got her an android tablet, so maybe she can check Amazon to see what ones she can get in the App Store. And when I'm doing one at 1:30am I can get pretty fuzzy, they are so addictive thoug, I need to force myself to shut it down!
Do a HOPA and see how it goes. I need to pick a new game today, hmm, not sure what though I have so many choices. I'm saving the new Lost Land, what for you say. Lol not really sure.

Well, I totally screwed that up. I used my GCC first, for Risen Dragon and Reignmaker so I had 4 punches. I now had my 2 PCCs to use. I had a lot of tabs open, I think I had tried a PCC code that I had already used, anyway, I thought I had Haunted Hoted Death Wish in my cart and pasted a PCC code. Usually I stare at the screen for 5 minutes to make sure it's right, but somehow I hit the purchase button and all of a sudden I had 2 games in my cart, my PCC code seemed to disappear and it took 2 GCCs cause I didn't have the 'dream' code entered. And it shorted me a punch, it gave me 1 regular punch and 2 bonus punches. what the heck. So now I have 1 hanging real punch and another punch I should have coming. So what to do? I decided to use yet another GCC because that would get me 2 more games and 4 more punches and theoretically even my card out when I theoretically get credit for the missing punch. I didn't have enough PCCs to even it out and I figured I'd get 3 more games if I used the GCC. So I ended up with
Haunted Hotel Death Sentence
Dark Parables Sky Kingdom
Final Cut Escapade
Vampire Legends Elizabeth Bathory
Reignmaker
Risen Dragons
I don't know if they can give back actual GCCs or not, has anybody screwed up and not entered the code in a Bogo?
