FINALLY ... the latest rendition .... I MEAN EDITION.....of POND NEWS for the week of January 5 - 11
WOW! POND NEWS is now being filmed with 3 cameras! The set is starting to take shape and it looks like they are definitely moving up into the BIG TIME!
GUMMY DROP:
Some of the levels are so hard, there are now "How to" videos to help you get through these levels. "Chelsea", the BFG "pro" showed a sample of one and she was pretty ..... well ..... I hope she gets more "animated" (?) on the videos - lol. GOOD JOB CHELSEA!
We also met Darcie, the "Social Media Director" who was talking about the new Delicious, Emily's New Beginning, being a new mommy. running a restaurant and having baby crawling underfoot. There is an open playpen in an open restaurant and it's supposed to give the customers "points" having the baby crawling around. NOT ME! The customers seem to eat really fast but Darcie waits for them to all finish eating so they can be at the cash register at the same time and get bonus points. Her parents show up AND so do the In-laws! There are even mice running around the restaurant. OH NO! babies crawling on the floor with mice running around???? What kind of game is this?!?!?!?!? Eventually, you open a level where you make pies, but you have to pick the fruit to make the pies. When you pick the apples off the tree - BAM! More fruit IMMEDIATELY! Some of your customers are going over to Chef Woo's place ...... sounds like LOTS of story plots going on.
Apparently, Carlos has a lack of "love of babies" because they are gross, loud, smell bad, get other people sick, but admits when he has "a little human being" himself, he knows his opinon will change to "oh, isn't mine the cutest baby in the world!"
Carlos and Jessica are in New York for another filming of Gummy in the City. Jessica is going to Manolo Blahnik for some .............. shoe shopping! Carlos plans on going to a video game place.
That's it for this week's edition of POND NEWS! Stop back next week and don't forget to hop on over and check out this week's CE Releases!
ENJOY!
Ooooohhhhh right! I DID promise you a little surprise. Ok. Hold on to your horses ...... sit down ..... take a deep breath and ........................... I have officially opened my own Forum as of 1/1/15. After being horribly cyber-bullied on another site, my family being "investigated" outside the forum and then misinformation about one of my children plastered all over a public forum, I decided it was time to do something about it. So, my site began to grow into .... something. So far, all the members have been abused at other sites in some way. It is a ZERO TOLERANCE - NO BULLYING allowed site. I will stop at nothing to make sure my members feel safe and secure. We offer discussion threads on games, gaming, kids, grandkids, a book lovers corner, hobbies, and much, much more. Please come check out SandSFun4All.forumotion.com.
I will not be leaving this site as I really enjoy everyone here. This plan was in the works for many months before I came here, as I don't know what I'm doing - It has become my baby and I am very proud of this accomplishment.

POND NEWS for the week January 12 - 18, 2015
Jessica and Carlos are back from the cold in New York where they were complaining about how cold it was. In fact, it was a whole 9 degrees. Hey GUYS! It was WAY colder at my house! They also showed some of the footage of "Gummy in the City - New York", showing many of the landmarks that will be in the game.
They even had a snowball fight.
Which seques quite nicely into:
Gummy Drop:
Gummy Drop now has OVER 100,000 likes on its Facebook page and Jessica and Carlos decided to share some of the feedback they've been getting in regards to the game. Continue to send in YOUR feedback at the Gummy Drop FB page and you might see your name here!
Diane Dayan: So addictive.
Althea Johnson: This game has never failed me. I downloaded it just as it became availalbe and wasn't even sure what it was about. I had to learn the game but I've never been more relieved. No aspect ever gets repeated.
Josephine Smith: Best game she's ever played. Can't wait for Paris.
Carla Jensen: Could use a few coins when beating a level. Carlos agrees with that and will be passing it along.
Pat Solomon gave THE best: I appreciate tremendously that you designed a game with a female avatar as host and ethically diverse locals such as Sydney, Tokyo and Australia. Would thank you in person if I could. Easily addictive game.
Jessica and Carlos want to know what you think? Should the POND Video be in the much longer version or the shorter version that basically gives us no entertainment value (that last part was MY opinon - lol).
That's it for this week's Edition of POND NEWS! See you next week and don't forget to check out the CEs being offered THIS week at BFG!
ENJOY!

Did either Jessica or Carlos explain what makes Sydney, Toyko and Australia so "ethically diverse"? And , gee, did Sydney break off from the rest of Australia and float away? (yes, things like this make my blood pressure go through the roof)

Oh Lilyr! Thanks for noticing! I thought it was just ME! As when the "feedback" poster said "locals" but Jessica read it as "locales". No.....to both your queries....... Unfortunately, it is probably one of those "huh" questions that will go down in BFG history. Sorry I don't have a better answer!
