Thank you Tirama for the background info on Gizmo.  I am sorry to hear your husband is ill.  You are both in my thoughts.

Tee - I haven't been playing anything but Gizmos Universe the last few days.  I do think I might start another from my challenge list.  I'm undecided.

 

Is anyone having any issues dling purchased games?  I just bought two Elephant games and can not install them.  I am having no issue dl the demo of today but can't dl these two purchased games from either the purchase screen  or  my purchase history. Nor can I dl any of my other previously purchased games.  I'm wondering if they are having some technical issue.  I can't see it being me as the demos are dling fine.

When I try to dl a game my Norton says all is okay, the gm opens but nothing goes into the dl queue.

I'm enjoying Hidden Expedition Unchartered Islands, although it does seem a little tetchy on the controls.  I ended up checking a walkthru for a solution for two things and it is what I am trying to do for both so it must have a pretty slim sweet spot.

The only normal game I've been playing is Risk, I play at least 10 games a day.  I'm going to have to buy it, I can see playing it for the rest of my life.
Wendy, this is one game I cannot, for the life of me, play or even really understand how to play.  They have it on Pogo and whenever there is a challenge in it on my other forums, I have to skip it because I can never play it enough to win, plus it seems to take a long time to play one game.

Are there any tips to understanding it that you can share?  I used to feel the same way about playing Monopoly, The World Edition on Pogo, but now I love it. I only play the bots as I can at least win some; if I played real people, I would probably get hammered.

If my game doesn't d/l I have to close the game manager like Wendy does.  It only happens sometimes and on my games that I have purchased.  Demos work okay, they go right to queue.
