Re: Midnight Castle by Elephant Games

I'm ignoring the knight and his quest.  Just playing the HO's and gathering teh Christmas stuff.  I already earned two of the new eggs.  Nice painless way to increase my coins and inventory since I'm focued on the Christmas ornaments.  Wonder what we will do with them?

Re: Midnight Castle by Elephant Games

I've just noticed that the Christmas collectibles are deducted from your inventory when you complete the special quest.  And when you open a new special quest, any collectibles you still have in your inventory count towards the new quest.

I have lots of the red christmas ball so I will be willing to gift them in exchange for whatever it is (the bell?) that I have on my wishlist.

Re: Midnight Castle by Elephant Games

I haven't even seen a Christmas egg yet.  How did you get them?  I think I got one card, a blue one, and some of the stuff for that elf.

Re: Midnight Castle by Elephant Games

I've got all the eggs!

I got an egg for each of the special quests I completed.  What I need now is Christmas Cards so I can craft the eggs.  If you can, start sending the airship.  Sometimes it gives you a Christmas card.  Otherwise, keep clicking those snowflakes and playing the HO's.

Re: Midnight Castle by Elephant Games

HAVen't heard from Mila since Friday, I hope she's feeling okay, I've been worried about her since her doctor visit.
I still don't have a stupid egg.  I've finally realized to ignore everything else unless there's no HO I can do for awhile.  I need 20 candy canes for the first quest, I press on the FND button for the candy canes, go to an HO, and get an ornament or hat, hardly ever a candy cane.  I still get almost all coins for the snowflakes, haven't gotten anything else but that today.  Haven't sent off airships so I'll do that after next round of HOs.  Good thing none of my other games have a Xmas special going right now.

Don't waste your time with the find button on the Chistmas quests.  Just keep playing the HO's in whatever order works best for you.

Tiffany woke me up early.  I managed to get into a torunament in the last miniutes and won 1 diamond in my primary game and 12 diamonds in my gifting game.

Re: Midnight Castle by Elephant Games

I can't get the stupid candy canes.  More than enough of the other stuff but those canes just don't want to drop.  I still need 5 more, and I think I started the day with 9 or 11, I've only made it up to 15 of them.
What good does leveling up do?  Just a level requirement to open certain areas?

Re: Midnight Castle by Elephant Games

Leveling up shows your progress in the game.  You only get experience points from completing character quests.  When you level up, you get a reward.  I think it's coins, could be coins and diamonds.  The higher the level, the more expensive it becomes to open areas, HO's and zoom zones, and the more expensive the crafting becomes.  And the characters start asking for multiples of each item.

I'm drowning in candy canes right now and can't get wreaths or bells.

I think the higher level HO's are much prettier and interesting to look at than the earlier ones.

Re: Midnight Castle by Elephant Games

I finally got my candy canes and got an egg but don't have enough cards to craft it.  Do you need to craft new pets or is it just something to do?  My cards are finally starting to drop with some regularity, and it's nice getting 20 coins if they don't, cause I'm where 20 coins is still a lot.  I'm still on the original castle grounds, the newest area I opened up has Valeria in it.  I only have a few quests to finish the vial of memories but it's a lot of crafting for the vampire tramp and they all want the same 2 scenes (which need 2 things each) so it will be awhile before this quest is finished.

Re: Midnight Castle by Elephant Games

There's achievements involving the pets, so if you're achievement driven, you'll eventually want to craft some.  For now, just keep playing the HO's and clicking on those snowflakes.

The only quest I have is for the knight.  Lots of crafting.  His last 2 quests cost me 20,000 each to complete.  Almost doen with the current one, but will have 3 more expensive crafting quest to complete before I can go back tot he crown for more quests.

And I'm trying to complete the Yura quests and write  my diary.  I'd really liek to play some of teh games I bought but I don't know when that will happen.
