Having the new MCF game released the day after most of us like to have our cards completed really is making things tough.  Since my DH is on vacation this week, I'm going to wait to get MCF until next month.

THe past two years, when the game has been released, if you paid full price for MCF, you could get other CE's for half price but you had to choose them all at the same time you bought MCF.

I just uninstalled Psycho Train.  I got through most of it, I think.  It just kept going on and on and I was tired of it.  It's pretty easy, though.  The game is in sections so no map is needed, you only have a half dozen locations open at the most, then you move on and don't come back.  The HOs are played twice.  Everything is pretty dark, I think that's a good part of why I quit, my eyes are starting to hurt.

Well, Sunshine, as long as you play it right away....  I played a few minutes of the beta.  I'm getting it, but not until a sale.  I usually don't find the extras enough to make me buy the CE version, either.  The original Dire Grove would have been nice in CE but back then it was $19.99 and now I won't use the extra credit to upgrade it, oh, well. 
   I started Black Mirror on the laptop last night.  Wow, forgot what a real adventure game is like.  Then I went to save it and it won't save.  The cursor turns red over the save slots but nothing happens when I press it.  I don't know if I can play the whole game without saving at anytime, I'd have to leave my laptop on, which I suppose I could do, but this really sucks.  I'm off to look for possible solutions now.

Thanks, Sunshine, I just poked around in my download and found the manual.  I was getting to the save screen, but I've never played a game where you had to type in a name for the save, that's what was throwing me off.  All saved now, and I also found out you have to right-click on objects sometimes so I'll have to wander back to my bedroom and click everything along the way.

The MCF sale only lasts 2 days.  I think for Thanksgiving there's usually a sale on selected SE's and the sale runs from Turkey Day until the end of Sunday.
