Re: Awakening Kingdoms

I complained to BOOMZAP the very first time we got back-to-back quests for multiples of the same item and I continue to complain about it.  It does seem to have gotten a bit better.

The GIZMOTEK payouts are really pretty good IMO.  Unless it's just a "talk to..." quest you'll often get 500 XP and 500 bolgins for going to one or two HOS.  And I got a lot of crystals too!.  And then there are those "untangle the strings" minis you've been looking forward to!

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

I had a full bar of energy and activated the orb in my PC game.  Played until energy was gone, getting items for mini game quests.

I'm very tempted to buy a fungus soup, have almost enough crystals to buy two of them.  Maybe I'll wait until Christmas to see if there's a sale.  If we don't get one then, we never will.

On the iPad game, I'm at level 21.  Finished the quest for the gold flies for gobie.  At level 22, Blessilda will want to go to Central Station and that will trigger the quests from Prince Fashionista and Con Artist Myke.  When I complete those, I'll compare my notes to what I've already written in the diary., making any changes necessary to fill in missing information.

I need feedback on the last couple of entries.  I wasn't all that pleased with them, but not sure exactly why.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

I DID buy two Fungus Soups.  I'm thinking of buying at least one more.  I had to save out crystals to buy out of those untangle the strings minis. Fortunately it only cost one crystal to skip.  Right now my energytank is 1550.  I have 248 crystals so one Fungus soup is very doable.  I LOVE using my Shrine/Orb!   Especially if i start with a full energy tank.  It sure came in handy when I needed all those honeys and swords!

I'll try to take a look at the Diary entries but RL is getting very busy.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

I don't get three hours of play from it, but I just play what I can and then wait for another full energy bar and the ability to activate the orb.  I still need to play scenes to get mini game resources.  I've love to need to play enough mini games to make using a keepsake worthwhile.

Have I mentioned that I hate having to play the Stone Circle scene?

I wish they would open up teh barracks so we could see where Captain Greg lives.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

How can you have 1550 energy, Lily?  What am I missing? I bought the +100 soup on one game and it's up to 900, that's still way less than you.  I can afford one more, maybe 2.  The other games are only in the 700s.  Of course you're probably a lot of levels ahead of me.
Tirama, I'd like you to incorporate the "B" scratched on the desk in Mystic?... the one with old Mossbeard tree.  Every time I go in there to search I think of Berengeria.
I like Stone Circle but I haven't shrunk the mushroom yet, I've been ignoring that one because I have a hard time with the drop rate of Whispering Lilys.  It doesn't lead to anything important, does it?  I have no idea what/where the barracks is, and I still can't get to the Shrine/orb, is it the same thing?

No matter how much I complain, I'm grateful for all I have.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

The barracks is the clous covered area in the lower right hand corner.  It's "coming soon".  That's where Sophia rescued Greg when he had been turned to stone in The Skyward Castle game.

I've got some ideas about that 'B' and Greg giving Berengria another blast from her past.   I just wish the time line was more clear as to when the humans left the Dreamless Castle area and headed for the Skyward Castle.

Of course, the geography is very confusing.  Forgotten Glen is obviously from the Dreamless Castle game, with the royal carriage and the statue of Sophia on the horse.  Central station and Gobholme could be from the Gaonblin KIngdom game. I remember snow in that game.   Do the goblins have their own kingdom?  They seem very loyal to Sophia, especially since she didn't stick around all that long.  Maybe they've put themselves under the protection of the Skyward Kingdom and their king is just a figurehead?

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

I'm level 68 Wendy -- 1/2 way to 69.  Back when we had food sales for bolgins and crystals I bought a lot of food -- especially sandwiches.  When I had a tank in the 700s I just used sandwiches.  I bought my pegacorn for cash so there's one Fungus Soup right there.  I think there were several rewards that were the kind that increased the maximum energy.  My tank looks puny compared to some of the people who were talking about it in the Forums.  One is over 4000!   The Shrine/Orb is the same thing.  I really appreciated it when I had to spend a lot of time in Stone Circle.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

Well, my orbs are scattered all over the place, I've only found two or three so far.  I had to go to Ancient Pond to pick up a few Skycrystal Earrings and it didn't bother me, even though I've spent all week playing it for Coruscating Dusts, just because I was looking for something different.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

I don't know how to get the shrine working.  I thought I was following the quest line but now it seems to have disappeared  I opened the door in the castle and the guy by the bookcase gave me a quest and I've done whatever was new following that line, it involved the bouncer and his cousin/friend.  But now they're gone and i have Chumblepot wanting shards and 2 of the expensive minigames in the glassworks.  The last mini game you have to buy the blue window in the castle to unlock.  It's not unlocked on this game but I know I've bought the window on a different game to unlock that mini.  I don't want to do minis 13 and 14 yet if theres going to be another quest to do 13, 14, and 15, which is what i think I remember.  Does anybody remeber the quests they did to get the Shrine going or does it take forever and a day.  I've already spent forever on it  Oh, and now Mira wants 18 more Coruscating Dusts to get the miasma off Gizmotek!  Besides all the other C.D.s they want in my other two games

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

Wendy, what quests do you have open?  Nothing you have mentioned in your last post leads to any of the orbs.
