Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

I finished witches legacy hunter and the hunter.  I enjoyed the game.  Nothing to difficult and I like that the ho have an option to do a concentration game.  I really have no idea why I like those so much.  I'm going to play another old from the challenge Mystery Age Dark Priest. If I can find time, I'm exhausted when I get home.  Grand opening is today but I told them pt is pt and I'm working 11-5 today and tomorrow.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

Scrambled up words are really not my strong suit, so thank you oscar for figuring them out.   I think cryptograms are what I am good at and could do a puzzle really fast.  Scrambled up words not so much.  I think of a possible word combination and know it is wrong and can't think of another word instead.

Evil Pumpkin: The Lost Halloween is very much a thinky type of game, also a weird one and once I got past the initial start, I'm enjoying it very much.  It is the story that is weird also intriguing, so it's holding my interest.

Oscar...Mystery Age: Dark Priests was my favorite of the Mystery Age games.  Have fun.

Tirama...That's too bad about the Phenomenon game.  I have all 3, but haven't played them yet.  I too like to play games that have good stories that unfold as you are playing it.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

I filled a card at GameHouse

Campfire Legends The Last Act PE ..I think it was less than $3
Viking Saga 3 game bundle... $2.24
Build a Lot Mysteries...$0.89
Farmington Tales 2...$0.89
So for $7 I got 5 SEs (cause of the bundle pack), 1 PE, and a coupon for another PE  Of course, good deal or not, I didn't really need to spend another $7 on games

No matter how much I complain, I'm grateful for all I have.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

I started Campfire Legends The Last Act.  I just  how this series does HOs.  They're not a zoom in scene, they can be anywhere in the environment, but they're not active until you need the item.  I needed fuses, some were in this room, some in that room, some were in zoom in scenes, you just never know.  I saw a fuse earlier but I didn't need it yet so I couldn't pick it up.  It just makes it so much more realistic to me.  It takes a bit to get used to, but I love it.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

No prob Sun, I'm quite good at jumbles for some reason I just seem to see the words. but now I know where to go for cryptogram help! Those are hard. I'm looking forward to that Mystery Age, starting tonight if I can drag my ass to the computer.  Omg my feet are just killing me.

I would really like to play Evil Pumpkin, wonder when BFG is getting it.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

I actually haven't even dl demos for days. I'm going to try to not buy anything more than what I need to fill my card for the month.  I'm trying to cut down on things.  I'm trying to decide on cancelling my home phone and I have really pared down my cable as well.  I have a business cell that I can use as it is unlimited text and long distance.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

I really wanted to start Mystery Case Files: Fate's Carnival Collector's Edition today.  But I had extremely bad luck playing Midnight Castle and got gyped out of 100 diamonds so I'm really not in the right mindframe to play.

I'm going to listen to BBC4 radio and work on a jigsaw puzzle to calm down.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

oscar, we have my cell and a home phone in the summer, during the winter we go back to just one phone.  I might pick up another trac phone just to have when I go out in case I break down, that one just goes by minutes.  We used to have Directv but got tired of paying $125/mo, we tried over the air for a couple years but the picture kept freezing and during prime time CBS seemed to go out even though we live close to Tampa, so we ended up with the phone/internet/cable bundle.  Might end up taking the phone out of it and using a cell instead, I think it saves $30.  When your dogs are barking it makes you realize the extra work you have to do to afford those extra things.
Tirama, I thought you were thinking about quitting MC?  I went into it yesterday and immediately remembered why I quit, lol.  I played 2 scenes, then everything else I needed were in those same 2 scenes.
