sunshinej -- I would get SPOOKY BONUS for a Halloween game if you don't already have it. It's an M3 and you get to add things to your haunted house. You can play timed or untimed (I actually was able to do the timed version!). I've been thinking of replaying it because it is so much fun!

I have the first one or two 'Living Legends" and I'm not interested in anymore of them.
I finished 3 Cards to Deadtime. I waited too long inbetween games, although there is a recap of the first game that's pretty good. One time when I stopped and then started later, a major plot twist had happened and I missed it. I tried replaying the scene and got a little bit of it. I liked the story of the first game better, seemed like they stretching in the second game, but it wasn't too bad. The puzzles between chapters were hard for me, a lot of times I didn't really understand them. I skipped a lot of them. The last one you had to assign tarot cards to the people at the ritual. There is no journal and I couldn''t remember what order they were sitting in around the table, I think you needed to know that, maybe not. They would show a bit of the table in the replay part, but not all of it. The instructions said the number on the tarot cards meant something, but it turned out they were the numbers from a phone call or message in the very beginning of the game. I didn't know I'd be needing to write stuff down, heck, I don't even remember the phone call. And I didn't write down the cards for the people, either. The game eventually tells you the numbers and I just trial and errored it for a long time and finally got the right solution. I wouldn't mind replaying the two games next year, it would be easier knowing the plot, I would enjoy them more, I think.
I'm getting all my stuff together, putting the van in storage tomorrow and flying home. The weather here is alright but I have to change planes at Baltimore/Washington Intl. and it looks like it will be raining there. I've only flown a couple times, and never in bad weather, so I hope I don't get too scared. I figure it can't be any scarier than 1400 miles on I-95 pullling a trailer Just got a chuckle thinking what an insane distance that is to most European people, 2253 kilometers. England is 700 mi by 300 miles at it's widest points, lol. I'm pretty sure that's smaller than Texas.

Thanks lilyr...I do already have Spooky Bonus. I mainly got it for my husband and he really enjoyed it. Played it until the end. I not into M3 too much, but do like doing a round or two of this game now and then.
I like the Clutter games and had to demo Clutter 4 today. I like the Clutter part more so than the mini game part. I bought Clutter 3 and the Mini games got insane hard very fast. I'm hoping the mini games in Clutter 4 take a more gradually approach. One weird thing though, I tried the game a few times today and each time it still says I have 60 minutes on the demo. The time doesn't go down at all.
Wendy...Have a good trip back home. Wow, your season went by fast didn't it or is that just me?

I heard back from customer service regarding Cruel Collections: The Any Wish Hotel.
I had indicated in my e-mail that I had tried playing the game on several computers and kept getting access violations. Since I've only had to "return" 1 game out of over 400 games, I wasn't interested in jumping through hoops and finding a configuration that would allow me to play the game, so I asked for a replacement coupon.
I received a canned response that mentioned different things I could try, BUT I got a coupon good for a free SE or CE. I have to use the coupon by November 2, which is a Sunday.
I had inteneded to skip buying games this month, but using coupons isn't "buying", so on Oct 27 (a Monday), I'll redeem the coupon and see how many punches I get. Then I'll figure out what to do to fill the card.
There are 2 SE's I'm interested in: the new Clutter and the latest nonogram game Gizmos: Riddle Of The Universe.

Wendy -- I vaguely remember that stuff about the tarot cards. I played those games sooo long ago. Have a good flight home. I'm so glad that you had a good season this year!
sunshinej -- Maybe you can keep playing CLUTTER 4 as a demo. I managed to play the whole of DREAM DAY WEDDING as a demo. I thought the minis in CLUTTER 2 were a lot harder than in the first game. Now that you've got me thinking about Halloween games I think I should look up a HOPA that is set in an old spooky house and (I think) takes place during a Halloween party. I know I own it.
Tirama -- I'm glad you got a coupon (esp for a CE!). Life is too short to keep tinkering and tinkering. I tried GIZMOS and wasn't blown away by it.

Lily, the game you're thinking of is Shadow Shelter, I think.
I spaced out using my PCCs on Monday, busy day with lots of different things I had to do, so puh-leeze remind me to use them this Monday.
I don't have any of the Clutter games but I might have to check the new one out.
I can't believe I'll be almost home at this time tomorrow. Going from a bunk behind the seats in a van into a mobile home, it will be like moving into a palace. I haven't seen TV since April. I can't wait to take a bath and use my own, personal toilet. And my doggies. They're going to be so happy to see Mommy again... well, I'm assuming they will, anyway Kelso will roll over on his back and pee. Then he will snuffle and sniff my face. Snoop will be whimpering with excitement and prancing around in circles. Then I will pick him up and carry him around for a solid week Chihuahaus are little, you can hold them forever! Hubby is 5th on the list Well, he might edge Kelso out, but not my Snoop

My notes say SHADOWS: PRICE FOR OUR SINS. Unfortunately it also says there's a WT on Gamezebo. I can't figure out how to get older WTs since they revamped the site. I'll look up SHADOW SHELTER. I don't own it. Your homecoming sounds terrific! Enjioy!

You're right about the name, Lily. I can always only remember the Shadow part, lol.

I finished Entwined: The Perfect Murder. That makes 4 games for me this month. I'm planning on starting Phenomenon: Outcome Collector's Edition next.

So far I've only finished one game -- BCA: RIO. I had the Gizmotek Event to do in AK so I wanted an easy game I could play a screen or two at a time. I couldn't wait for it to be over. Some of the objects were really, really small. I thought in previous episodes we got to go back (ala AMAZING ADVENTURES) and find lots of HOs. Not this time. The facts about Rio were interesting. Glad I got this with a PCC.
