Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

Today's  FREE  game at  Game Giveaway of the Day  is:

Questerium: Sinister Trinity

Financed by the banker, the professor builds an evil machine that causes the meteor’s energy to spin out of control, destroying the city and mutating its plants and animals. Citizens are evacuated, but rescuers fail to find and evacuate two children. In Questerium: Sinister Trinity, you play the investigator hired to work the case, and it’s up to you to destroy the evil machine, rescue the abandoned children, save the city and arrest the professor!

    *    Discover 20 secrets in mysterious locations;
    *    Unlockable achievements;
    *    Develop your own garden.

This is one game I've got (SE) and actually played (CE)!  And I really liked it and recommend it, especially as it's free, should anyone not already have it.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

I haven't played that one yet Stusue, but I do have it.  Thanks for the heads up though.  I have picked up a few game thru the giveaway.

I finished up Treasures of Mystery Island The Ghost Ship.  It was quite long and very enjoyable!  I have found that I have the first one but not The Gates of Fate, so I'm definitely dling the demo.

I have so many games to play!  Someone pick a game and name it for me.  lol I can't make a decision.  Has to be an HO/Adventure game though.  I have very few of any other type of games.

I have been playing a little Mansion Memoirs and Olympus Griddlers as well.

I have tried AK on my IPad.  I really just can't seem to get in to the FTP games.  I was on level 12 and would do  a little bit but it was dragging my IPad down and there seemed to be a lot of black screen time.  so for now I have deleted it and Blackpool, but not my progress.  I only have 13G of space and I think they were taking over half.  I just don't seem to enjoy them  For me they get repetitive and I get bored but I can play my four or five different nanogram games from start to finish over and over and over.  Go figure.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

oscar -- Is Mansion Memoirs the game that's supposed to be like GARDENSCAPES?  If so I've been looking under the wrong title.  I thought it was MEMORY MANOR (or MANSION).

I'm so far behind in playing my d/l games that I probably couldn't help you with a suggestion.  Except:  Have you played HE: SMITHSONIAN?  I haven't yet but people who love more of the A part of HOPAs seem to think it's a good one.

Snap Lily!  That's what I had decided to play. Well The Crown of Solomon, which is the new one, I have played the Smithsonian one.  It was lots of fun.

And sorry, we are both kinda right, it's Manor Memoirs.  Lol

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

see oscar?  That's how far behind I am! I meant to say HE: THE CROWN OF SOLOMON!   Thanks for clarifying the title.  Hope it comes to BFG soon.  Heck I'll check now to see if it's already there!

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

aww sunshine, I am soo sorry for your loss. We lost our family yellow lab in 2006 and my parents got the dogs we have now only 3 months later. A friend of theirs had lab puppies and they were free to a good home. I remember not being ready for new pups and it took me awhile to warm up to the idea of "replacing" Ivie (ivy) our lovable but crazy male yellow lab. Over time though, I have grown to love our new labs, well they are 8 now LOL and they have become my babies although I do miss the yellow lab. He was my childhood dog and we actually got him cremated separately so we have his ashes. We were supposed to spread them years ago but we all seem to like the fact he's with us...its comforting to me anyways.

My husband and I just got home from vacation #2, our 2nd honeymoon so to speak lol I didn't think we'd have this kind of time but the immigration process is soooo frustrating. We got a return for evidence package and even though everything was done in time, all this other paperwork we didn't know we even had to fill out, wasn't done and blah blah blah so he isn't going to be working for a couple more months. Thank god I got that settlement last year or we'd be really screwed. But anyways...we just got back from mendocino, ca. It was beautiful! COLD! We had to get away from this 100 degree heat up here. Hottest summer yet blah.

& then we stayed at this hotel in the bay area I have always wanted to stay at and it exceeded all my expectations with the lagoon, garden views, ducks. So tranquil and beautiful. I am glad that my first time there was with James. It really was a great vacation but now back to 90 degrees and reality!

I am soooo behind on games...I haven't even played HOPE DIAMOND in that series lol I really haven't bought anything lately because I feel like I can't do it with so many I haven't played or even been playing. I finally finished Garden's Inc-The Road to Fame and I LOVED it. I found out it had a platinum edition, hope I didn't miss more levels...I saw a bunch of people arguing in the forums the other day, it just seems that no one can get along in that pond anymore which is a shame.

I hope everyone is doing well. I miss reading all the stuff going on. I go back and see all these things I want to say to convos that happened ages ago. xx

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

AND GRRR to the fact I missed Questerium: Sinister Trinity!!!!

I can't get rid of the blue now after pasting LOL or the bold. Well anyways we make it a point not to bring our laptops so we really do get quality time and I went to see what was the free game giveaway today and saw I missed Questerium which is on my list of games I want...and by like 1 day. Oh well, I only have like 100 I haven't played to get to

ok so I feel crazy because its blue ink I am typing right now but its black on my screen...computers are weird sometimes..

Would the San Francisco hotel be the St. Francis?

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

Thanks meg.  It still feel sad about losing him.  He played so many roles in the family.  He was my sweet little buddy.  He acted like he was just another one of my kids and he was my exercise companion because I always would take him for his walks.  I hope your dog is well recovered from her accident and what was the other thing (?) a bladder infection or a yeast infection?  How nice to go on another vacation, especially one that you were able to escape the heat and that hotel sounds very lovely.  I don't know about any one else, but I just hate the heat.
