You always give me a chuckle, TiramaSue. I'm doing some of the same quests. Those stupid fairies and that little girl are killing me, though. I need over 70 nectars in one game and almost as many in the other game and I only have a couple of them. I don't mind buying the cards to play solitaire to make money but I don't really want to be buying a bunch of peach nectars to fulfil quests, cause why else am I playing? But I also don't want to play Rosetum Gardens 135 more times. What did you gals do when you needed to play all the Cloudspire mini games? (think that's the one, with the moving flowers. I love that mini, it's my favorite)

I played Rosetum Gardens to get those dew nectars. Since they are mini game resources, you can get more than 1 each time you play the scene. I think you can receive as many as 5 at one time.
Glad you're enjoing my narrative. To continue:
I had enough energy to play 2 more scenes, so I humored Capt Greg and went to wherever it is that has the pet food (which I need for Quinn) to search for the knight's will. Then we headed off to Gobholme to look for it, and while there I got no portraits or books.
Tonight I'm off to the Treasure Vault again, but I know that either the will won't be there or we're going to need something to unlock something else. And that the person capable of giving me what I need is going to have a long list of junk for me to fetch so that he/she can make the magic unlocking whatever it is.

I'm with you gals, since I have the new laptop the first time I opened AK and ART I used a new email address so I can do new games for each of them. I will be ShagCat in both of them.

You have to give us your social codes if you want us to add you as a friend. I can't imagine having 2 ART games, never mind 3. I am starting another AK game tonight on my iPad, but players from different platforms can't friend each other.

Tirama -- I love your take on the quests too. Always gives me a chuckle! I think I was close to having all the nectar dews I needed for the quests. There are 3 more of those minis in the July 22 update. I was tempted to buy them but I did have enough by the time i finished playing Rosetum. BTW -- Anyone need a leafy dress? I've got 20!
Wendy -- yes, pleae, give us your social code. I have few friends in AK and that's the way I intend to keep it! Unless we get an achiebvement that needs 100 friends like we had in ART.
I'm downloading the newest update to AK as we speak. Hope it is as prepresented. It promises 40 new quests but some of the people in BFG ART forum say they only got 10.

Well, Capt Greg and I headed back yet again to the Treasure Vault and he decided that the will was inside the suit of armor, but the helmut was rusty so we couldn't open it. Off we go to the Peddler who sells us rust remover for a mere 5,000 coins, then it's back to the Treasure Vault, to remove the rust, open the helmut and search among termites, earthworms and other disgusting objects for the will. The things I do for that man!
Greg goes away happy to put the will in the Castle's archives and the peddler shows up with a book that contains pictures of evil squabbits. We show it the Fairy Queen, he leaves and THEN Queenie decides she's worried about the book and wants me to go find the peddler.
I still haven't found the coral for Triffledore, the pet food for Quinn, the tea and other junk for Blessilda, add 3 locations to search for the peddler, and my map lookes like it's doing the wave with all the quest indicators jumping up and down.

Your last paragraph made me LOL! The new update is pretty good (so far). I couldn't download it until today (RL) and I found out tht there was already an update to the update to fix problems. I'm trying to take this one slow.

I started another game on my iPad. I'm really clueless about what the iPad can do, so when I installed the game and it asked me whether I wanted game update alerts, I thought it meant did I want to know when there was a content update, so I said yes.
What I wound up with are alerts regarding what's happening in the game. I was playing my iPad mahjong game when I get a message that the Squabbit Den was finished upgrading. Before I even sign in to my iPad, there's a page of alerts telling me what quests I haven't completed, like the Mayor is waiting for me to do this and Quinn is waiting for me to do that, etc.
You think I'm snarky about the quests in my PC game? I have a feeling the iPad alerts are really going to up my snarkiness level.

I search for the Peddler in the 3 locations Queenie sends me, but of course he isn't there. Quinn shows up and says he saw the Peddler in the Treasure Vault. So back to the Vault I go to find the Peddler trying to open a metal door in the Vault. (It isn't much of a vault if anybody can just wander in. I wonder who's supposed to be in charge of security. Need to speak with Capt Greg and tell him to assign some soldiers to guard the place.)
For reasons I can't fathom, I go with the Peddler to see Brad to get pliers to open that metal door in the Vault. Upon opening the door, I discover a room filled with...junk. Thousands of gold coins are just thrown all over the front room, but locked away where nobody can steal it is a pepper mill. Right.
Back I go with the Peddler to Queenie, who once again has had a mind reversal and is no longer worried about the book of evil squabbits. I level up and help Triffledore find his rainbow coral, which for some reason is found everywhere but Coral Cove. He's so grateful he asks me to sort out his artifact boxes and tells me there's a relic at Coral Cove.
Have enough resources to play 1 of Triffledore's mini games, then go search for the relic. 6 searches later, no relic and no energy left. Not amused by the drop rate for the relic at all. I'm at Master Level so surely the relic should have dropped by now.

Played Coral Cove one more time and got the relic. I have only 2 quests open: playing mini games at the Squabbit Den and finding all that tea and other stuff for Blessilda. Completion of at least one of these quests should trigger more quests. I've read the blurbs for past updates and I'm nowhere near completing all th ematerial in them. I still need a door tile, for instance.
I think I'm going to start another thread to write about my progress in the iPad game, sort of a Steward's Diary, if nobody objects.
