Thanks for the link, Tirama! I'll check it out later.
I did the demo of an old game - 0-G Sokoban - this morning and it sure makes you think! As it isn't available on BFG it's a game I could get with one of my 3 codes from GameHouse.

Sue, I remember Sokoban, it's such an old game but I loved it back when I played it. It's the one where the guy is pushing the boxes into the designated area. I don't like the Gamehouse version, I prefer that old version with the man.
I tried When In Rome and I love it too. It's by Realore and I like them becaues I think they are one of the best TM developers. I like their Roads of Rome and Island Tribe games a lot. When I saw that it was Realore I knew I wanted it. So I will get When In Rome and Imperial Island on Monday with my pccs.. I probably shouldn't be starting another card, I just completed my Aug. card. I also saw on their website tha there is a Pre-Release trial for Northern Tale 2.

Barre, I bought When in Rome, and like it so far. Hadn't decided about Imperial Island, but don't want to start a new card. (Ha! Look at that iron control!) What do you think of it? Exciting about a second
Northern Tale!

Barre, I also have the old version with the boxes - and the cheat codes! But I also llike the GameHouse version. At least at the beginning it's a lot easier than the box one so it's great for when you want to think a bit but not overtax the poor little grey cells. It's on my list of possibles.
I can't remember if I finished playing Northern Tale or not but I know I have it. I wonder how long until we get Northern Tale 2.
I won't be starting a new card on Monday. I only buy games the Monday following a BOGOF sale or when my punches are about to expire (having so many games yet to play I can wait). I demo each game that's released and jot down in my folder if I definitely want to get it, definitely don't want to get it, or if it gets put on the possible list (that's the list that I use when I need one more game to fill a punch card before the end of the month). I then work out how many punches I have and which games I want to get first. So When in Rome and Imperial Island will be waiting until 19 September as my next punches expire 20 September (and, as I don't know the exact time they expire on the 20th I'll be getting them on the 19th).

sandhan, I like Imperial Island because it is very challenging, the boards have very nice icons, gameplay is smooth, and I love that it has lots of achievements and while you are playing, all of a sudden up pops the banner that you have achieved something....love it I like the part where we erect all the different types of buildings and it looks like there ae lots of them. Looks exciting, and looks easy to earn money and stuff because the game is very generous in its rewards. The only negative is the music, I don't quite like it but it's okay if I turn it down low.

Sue, very sensible plan, I probably should not be starting another August card since my pccs all have September and October dates. I guess I am too excited, especially when it comes to a M3 because I love them and we get so few nowadays which are really good ones. I guess I should wait too....we'll see if I give in to temptation

ALERT !!!
Did anybody notice that in your GM, Bigfish has automatically downloaded their BF Casino game in there? Isn't that outrageous and an invasion of our privacy? I certainly do not want that Casino game and I immediately deleted it from my GM.

Well, Barre, if you can hold out until the following Monday it'll be September!!!!!!!! That's only 12 days. C'mon, you can do it! Just think of all those unplayed games you can finish while the days count down!
And, no I don't have the Casino game in my GM ... sorry, games app or whatever the heck they call it nowadays. But then I didn't download anything today. But someone else has mentioned it and said that fishies aren't happy with it over at BFG.
And I'm STILL playing Nearwood! I haven't even finished the main game yet! Boy do you get your money's worth in this game! Every time you think you must be getting near the end you open another gate, or open some **bookshelves**, or blow a hole in the back of a cave and another area opens up! There are also some really unique mini-games/puzzles. There's even a game of **mahjong** played with pebbles and a very original **constellation** puzzle. Definitely in my all-time top 5, if not my all-time top 3 games!

Sue, you enabler you!! I didn't buy Nearwood and now you are making me regret my decision because I didn't get it on BOGO BP Monday. I guess I will put it on my Buy list and get it when the next BOGO comes along, hopefully something good will come up on Labour Day at BF.
