Things have been going good. Lexi is doing well. She had her post op checkup at the vet. He was pleased with how she is healing. Said, we can stop givign her the pain meds unless she needs them. And she can go back to her normal routine. She's not back to 100% yet but she will hopefully get there. Apparently the cancer is gone for now, though there is a chance it will eventually come back. So, we just have to keep an eye out for any signs that it is returning. Hopefully it will be a while.
As for games. Still playing Myths of the Worlds: Fiends and Fairies. It's a fun game so far. I think I'm about half way through the main game. Changing the cursor definitely helped a lot. Looking forward to the new Dark Parables game this week. Hopefully this weekend's sale will be a good one and I can get it then.
Misscat, I'm so happy that Lexi's doing so well! Fingers crossed the cancer never returns.
Could you let me know what you think of Myths of the Worlds: Of Fiends and Fairies CE once you've finished? I'm especially interested to see if you think the CE is worth it.

I know some of you like jigsaw puzzles. Mila told me about this site:
I haven't totally checked it out but from what I quickly took a glance at, the puzzles are beautiful and have interesting pieces.

Stusue - I'll definitely let you know. I have a lot of work to do still today. Hopefully I'll get a chance to play some later tonight.

I haven't bought many games lately; last new one was Viking Saga 3. Also saving money by not even looking at CE's. If tempted, I remind myself that I really don't need yet more unplayed games. My new favorite is an old one: Recently BF offered "Around the World in 80 Days" as a DD. An old favorite I no longer had acccess to because it was BBF, I bought it, and am delighted to find I still love it! It's a M3, and has a timer: horrors! But so many good qualities, it's worth it. It's actually faithful to Jules Verne's wonnderful novel. Starts out easy, rapidly becoming much more challenging. But if you lose all your lives, you can re-start the current country I don't know, it's just classy. For instance, the timer-clock actually shows the current time in your zone.

Sandhan, I loved Around the World in 80 Days. Right now I'm playing an oldie that you finished a while ago but I never bought it until recently. It's Dream Vacation Solitaire and I'm loving it!! I play it every night before bedtime, which is a mistake because I always tell myself, just one more game. I love all the variations on the solitaire theme and some are so unique, I've never played solitaire like that before. I'm almost at the end but I'll keep it in my GM to replay in future.

So glad you found the post from Meg before Saturday ~ so excited for her. Also glad to hear about Lexi, misscatlady. I'm keeping my folks' dog who is a small white poodle, Bubbie 4 (I got original Bubbie from my boyfriend/later husband) for my birthday but was at college so folks kept him ~ rest is history. He will be 15 next month, has Cushing's Disease, no teeth and I think he may be losing his sight as I don't think he can see me unless I am right in front of him but he's such a smart dog and I've grown so attached to him. He used to snarl/snap at me if I got close to either of them if they were holding or near him (lol).
I also have Paradise and Rhiannon so might give it a go if there is a group play. I'm awful at LFA, never finished the Nancy Drew but did enjoy Green Moon and Apothecarium. Still trudging away at Fate's Carnival ~ it's so long, still on main game and the intricate puzzles are tricky. I can figure some of the things to do but I think I may do them out of order and then I get stumped and have to use the SG. The current one I'm on I've reset 3-4 times and guess I'll have to follow SG step by step, not gonna skip it. I hope I haven't messed it up somehow as I can't get a small feather to let me do another part of it so I can finish. It's so different from other games but I still love it.

Received a "reply" from BF about the missing 60% off coupon. It was a second level canned reply. Bottom line, they're backed up in reading e-mails more than they thought and they will eventually read mine.
Probably dealing with the irate Free to Play gamers who lost all their gold in ART due to a programming glitch first.

I finished both the main game and the bonus chapter of Myths of the World: Fiends and Fairies. It was an okay game. I thought the hidden object scenes were interesting. THere were almost always three levels to each scene. Some of the times you had to decipher clues in order to find what object you needed to click on. However, they were HARD. Many of them didn't make sense with what object you needed. I had to use the hint button a lot. And do a lot of random clicking. The puzzles were okay. Some of them were hard in that they took a while and I had to use the Guide a lot to figure out the solution.
There are collectibles to the game 39 elf shoes. Most of them were super easy to find. The main game needs neatly. The bonus chapter is rather short. You play as a seperate character than int he main game. Someone you meet briefly in the main game. You kind of tie up lose ends to a side story with that character that is mentioned brielfy in the main game. However, it isn't tied to the main story of the main game.
Stusue - to answer your question - I'm not sure it's completly worth the CE price unless you can get it on a $8.99 or lower sale.

Why do posters always complain on BFG about the games as if they are the ones who develop them all? I don't really expect an answer, I just find it annoying. Speaking of BFG, I was searching for a developer and a site called double games came up. A portal from Eastern Europe I think. A lot of the games if you clicked on them redirected to BFG, even the give a gift.
